Apartment holiday rentals in Kissimmee

this place was everything we needed for a trip to Universal Studios and Islands of adventure. it was about 30 mins away from the theme parks and was spacious for all 5 of us. the water park was great and the community pool. Jo, was wonderful and answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave clear instructions. will come back to this place in October when we visit again!

Great place to stay with a family, great location, lots of amenities, great ability to use all three pools on the properties. The layout of rooms and bathrooms were nice and adequate . Lower level condo with some noise from above condo. Overall a great stay!

Very easy to check in. Host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and close to many attractions and restaurants.

great place. I really liked that the kids room had toys for my child to okay with. he loved the bunk beds and the themed rooms. House was great and had everything we needed. Location is great and the community has things to do there aside, great for a rest day from going to disney

My Family of 6 had the most amazing time and we felt like we were at home. The condo felt like we had been before. Brian had clear and perfect instructions on everything that was needed before, during, and after. My kids loved the bunk beds and my wife loved the location. Will be returning in the near future. Accessible to grocery and eateries, clean, and quiet. While not handicap accessible (2 flights of stairs), this safe, secure, and spacious stay in suburbia was a welcomed reprieve with moderate water pressure, gorgeous views, and amazing resort-style amenities. Our host David was attentive and responsive to all concerns. Would stay again.

Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

This exceeding any expectations for taking our kids to Disney for the first time. Eric truly thought of everything to make the condo feel like home away from home and anything you need down to silverware for your our baby and toddler. This was such an exceptional experience and the resort was so much fun for our 1 year old and 3 year old!

I’ve stayed at Cai Ling and John’s home before. Fantastic hosts!! I’d stay with them again. They’re always so nice and responsive. Their home was very clean and kept up to date. I’ll always recommend them to anyone when staying through Airbnb.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Dan was so helpful and very great to work with! I was here for a research conference and his place was close to the convention center. He was also flexible, my last day of the conference I asked for a later check out time and he was able to accommodate which I greatly appreciated. His placed was also a short uber to other locations but was also a quiet oasis to come back to and rest. Very grateful to have stayed here!

Our stay with Renzo and Carolina was very pleasant. They are super friendly and incredibly attentive hosts, always making sure we were comfortable. They even asked us in advance what temperature we preferred in the house, and when we arrived, everything was set just the way we requested. The house was spotless, very well maintained, and located in a nice, quiet, and central area. We truly enjoyed our time there, and without a doubt, we’ll be happy to stay here again next time we come back. Thank you so much for everything!

Patsy’s condo was perfect for our vacation! It was exactly as stated in the description. Patsy’s instructions were very thorough, she was timely with any questions. Location was perfect to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The amenities on the property, and the adjacent property were an additional bonus. Thank you, Patsy for letting us stay at your place! Robin was a great host, she communicated well, and was very helpful. The listed pictures were accurate and the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. The resort amenities were great, theme parks were near the resort, as well as several stores. We were able to see the fireworks from the balcony. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Place exceeded expectations and was bigger than expected. It was clean as it can be when we arrived. It was very quiet with the neighbors and with the balcony door shut you could barely hear the road outside. Shower had great pressure and warmed up quickly. The bathrooms had plenty of starter supplies to last at least two to three days and plenty of towels. Kitchen was good but we did not find any salt and pepper or oil (I might have missed it and did not inform Mark about it during my stay). The primary bedroom king sizd bed was comfortable to me with puffy pillows. The pool in the apartment complex was also very nice for a quieter pool time. The pool club is an easy walk and had no issues staying there with a simple sign in. ($0) Getting to Disney was not an issue. For the price and what was given to us I can not complain at all and is satisfied with the home. If you are looking to stay for Disney with a staycation and some outside of Disney stuff, this place is it.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed and certainly one of my favorites! Pristine, the sheets were fresh, the kitchen and living space was absolutely cozy and stylish - hats off to the great interior decorator! Everything is up to date and you can even smell the refreshing remnants of reno. The screened in balcony was also serene and perfect for nap taking. Perfect area (10min from Disney parks and Springs)! Getting to Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden was also traffic friendly and smooth because of where the apt. is situated. I only wish I could stay longer. Will be staying again if I ever need a place!
