Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kissimmee

The house is beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The game room was fun but there isn’t any games you can play on the Nintendo or xbox unless you download them I guess and you can’t even put your games into the switch because it is locked up. Also, there was an air hockey table with no puck to play on it. Not a big deal but the kids were very excited for the game room. Regardless my kids still had fun in there and the pool area was very nice. Wasn’t far from the Disney parks so that was great. This community gets very busy with people renting the houses during the weekend. We heard people partying late at night and the roads had cars parked all along both sides so it was hard to get through the neighborhood during the weekend but come Monday it totally cleared out. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need… Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Our party truly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and everything was clean. It's very close to Disney but felt remote at the end of the day. Would recommend. Hope to stay here again!

We had a great time staying here, the kids played in the pool daily.. be sure to read the description well, we were unaware until later that we needed to pay extra to have the pool heated and it was a minimum of 2 days with 48 hours notice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, pots and pans, there are not spices available so you’ll want to bring your own. There is a coffee pot available. We had groceries delivered for our arrival, the only thing we were unsure of whether it was a coffee pot or a keurig.. which could be helpful to know ahead of time. We asked for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs, we arrived to only one set and messaged the host.. they quickly responded and sent someone over in a timely manner with a second set. We also utilized the pool at the resort, unfortunately when we got there the splash pad was out of commission for the day, but the kids still played in the pool and we were able to order a drink at the bar. Overall we had a nice time!!

This is by far the best short-term rental I have stayed in within and outside the U.S. There’s a reason she has great reviews/rating. Very clean house and pool with all the listed amenities in great shape and host was very responsive. You have nothing to worry about. Book it now! We’ll be back at some point for sure 😎

This place was incredible, as soon as we walked in we were so impressed with the way it was presented. We had arranged for a celebration set up and this was absolutely stunning and all of it blew us all away. The pool and hot spa is definitely a good way to end a busy day. In a good residential area and 40 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely re-book when back in Orlando.

The place is perfectly placed for either shopping or visiting parks. Plus a lot of restaurants around. Room is clean, well equiped, and outside is plenty of parking space. Gabriel was helpful, his instructions were clear; making my stay a pleasant one.

We just had the most enchanting stay at this Disney-themed Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely immersed in the magic, as if we were truly in Magic Kingdom. Our host, (my dear friend!) was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us with a late checkout. It made our Disney trip absolutely perfect!

Beautiful 3B apartment. Very comfortable for party of 7. Very well equipped. Convenient location near the parks.

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

We had a great time in the apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and close to the pools, which the kids enjoyed a lot. Any issues we had (like forgetting the code to enter…:)), Justin answered and helped us immediately.

Karla’s Boho Bliss Bnb was absolutely as described. Everything was easy to access! The only thing that was a bit out of the ordinary was the cleaning crew left behind a few food & drink items from previous guests. Other than that it was a great stay & perfect location close to ALL disney parks & resorts. I’d absolutely stay again in the future.

Great place to stay if you are in orlando. Feels right like home. It has everything that is listed and the host is warm and very responsive. The home is clean and very comforting. The neighborhood is great and peaceful too. A thing to note, It can be really quiet after dark, but doesn’t feel unsafe as it’s a gated community. Close to gas station, restaurants, and other attraction. MCO airport is 45min - 1hour long drive. In all, will very much would like to stay at this place. Andy and Maria do a great job of hosting you!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Absolutely enjoyed staying. Awesome place with nice pool, the waterpark was clean and fun. Beds were comfortable and has everything we needed, we would stay here again if we are in town. Recommend 10 stars!

So fab for families, has pool toys, kitchen stuff you forget to order, super close to Disney and condo’s pool; owner makes sure you are stress free and relaxed; everything for kids - little to older; right next to pool

One In A Minion was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Ground floor, a very short walk to the pool. The decor went excellent with the theme and brought joy for the children. The gated entrance gave an extra peace of mind. A perfect place for a family to unwind and relax.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
