Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Kissimmee

13 of us stayed. Great location, house was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice and warm (we paid for heating). There is a 7-Eleven and a Publix within a mile of the house so anything you may need is close enough. Would recommend staying here!

This is the second time we stayed at this house. Maria's house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. She is extremely responsive to all of our needs and checked in on us during our stay to see how she can help make our stay better. The house is spacious and fit our family of 9 very comfortably. The baby accessories, such as a bathtub, high chair, and crib, were very helpful. Maria is an excellent host!

Wonderful for a group! We loved the pool and being closely located to everything. Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. If I had to pick one thing that I wish it had, that would be spices or seasonings LOL absolutely fantastic stay and would definitely stay again next year!!

The house was great, very clean and the resort overall was amazing with a nice community pool/restaurant area. They do state that the towels are limited but they could supply more than one towel per person. It’s is inconvenient to have to keep washing towels. Also, they said that house was more childproof with things such as outlet covers but they were not. Overall, I would recommend this location, it was a great stay in a beautiful, clean house but it was a little difficult with young children.

Lovely villa we had four children with us and they absolutely loved the bedrooms and the games room. Very well stocked kitchen plates cups etc. very clean and well situated

No regrets at all in choosing this airb&b to host a birthday weekend with friends. The home looks exactly like the photos and our guests loved the selection. The host was amazing at communicating from the time that the home was booked until after check out. I came fully prepared but truly didn’t need to since the home was already stocked with the necessary essentials. The only cons were that the AC would auto heat up downstairs @ 6:30am each morning even when we tried to adjust this & that there was quite a few strands of someone’s hair in our downstairs master bathroom when we checked in. These however did not affect how much we enjoyed this home and I would recommend this home and this host. The pool table, movie theater, pool, and game room make for an entertaining stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Monsters Inc. house. The house was spacious enough to not feel crowded.Each bedroom having its own bathroom attached was the cherry on top. Also have two dishwashers, refrigerators, and washer/dryer. Plus the host was fast to respond. I recommend this home for a big party.

Alberto’s place was great! The place was super clean and just as described. Alberto gave clear and accurate instructions and everything was easy to follow, definitely made our stay peaceful and enjoyable.

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

Great for the price resort is nice kept our kids busy and entertained will definitely check if location is available next time we come down!! We come to fl every 4-6 week and this was by far the best for the money

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

This review is based on my interaction with the actual homeowner, Brenda. NOT THE COMPANY EVOLVE. Brenda was not notified that we were checking in. We arrived late in the evening and she woke up shocked to see our car, as soon as we explained we had reserved she was so apologetic as she hadn't prepped as she would normally do for guests - she did that prep when we were out the first day of our stay and was great to deal with. I will NEVER rent through Airbnb unless I am renting directly from the homeowner. I did send an email when we arrived with concerns and received a canned response email the next day, no phone calls - again - If you are renting from Airbnb only deal directly with the owner!!

We had a great stay here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It was super convenient and we loved the fact we could walk to the center. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center but well worth it to avoid OCCC parking. It was also incredibly close to Universal and Sea World, which we visited while here. Accessing the condo was super easy and tons of parking. Bring your own toilet paper, as only 1 roll was provided in each bathroom. And bring paper towels, if desired, as there were none provided. The pool next to the condo was closed for construction, but the main pool was a 10 minute walk and a great place to relax. We have to be back in the summer for another tournament and would definitely stay again.

Super comfortable, large with. Everything you need for a long stay, all as described on the page, the only drawback is the internet does not have a very good signal even with the wifi code. Otherwise recommended.

Very much like pictures showed and description. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was on our 2nd day the smoke alarm in the living room started beeping/ probably low batteries. Messages evolve and they responded to contact guest host who was supposed to be boots on the ground. Called and emailed him, never got a response and alarm was never looked at or fixed before we checked out. Hope it gets fixed before next person checks in.

Had a wonderful time with the family at the resort. Kids loved the water park and lots around for adults. 5 stars

Never had a better location!! Perfectly in between everything you could want to do in Orlando! Has a great view of water and close to the pool area. Loved everything about it, we will be back!

This is our 2nd year staying at Windsor Hills through Vacasa. We love it and can’t wait to come back!
