Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kissimmee

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Huxley Hospitality's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was exactly as described – cozy, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. I especially loved the dedication that they put into this home. Each room was unique and on point. I even loved the binder that had numerous recommendations such as lists of things to do, places to eat, shop, emergency contacts, and so much more. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Fun Spot America Theme Park, which is only a few minutes away(we had so much fun there) as well as Magic Kingdom wasn’t far either or taking a walk in the neighborhood, Communication with Huxley Hospitality was seamless; they were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kissimmee, Florida.

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for me and my family in town to celebrate my daughter’s 6th bday. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole townhouse was very spacious. Great for large families

My family had a great time. We felt right at home and the community has its own water park for kids and pools to enjoy so we didn’t have to travel far .

Pretty standard home. Had everything our family needed for our stay in Orlando. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and waterpark down the street. The location was also convenient to get to the parks.

We are so thankful we found this house and had Brett as our host! He went above and beyond for our needs! We needed a booster seat for my 7 year old grandson. When we arrived there was a brand new booster seat waiting for us! Brett was super helpful with any questions we had. Everything was amazing!!!

This is a great location if you are visiting the Usta campus very close and convenient

beautiful place. very comfortable & plenty of space. picture talks for itself as it's exactly how they are. Very clean Very fast responsive with any questions or concerns. Private community does have additional water park & pool area which is included with the stay.

We stayed seven nights over the New Year week. The suite was fairly large and my family of three children and wife had plenty of space. The kitchen and laundry facilities were perfect for what we were looking for. The resort has several well kept pools and other facilities (we barely used these.) Joel, the host, was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The location of the resort was very convenient - it was about 10-15 minute drive to all major Universal and Disney theme parks. A grocery store is a 1 minute drive a away and several restaurants are located around the corner. The pictures also appropriately represented the unit. I would stay again.

You can’t beat this spot for families visiting Disney! After a long day at Magic Kingdom, realizing you’re only 10 minutes away—with a sleeping 3-year-old in tow—makes all the difference. We’ve stayed at World Quest multiple times over the past two years, and it’s always a peaceful escape from the Orlando crowds. Nathan was a fantastic host, quick to respond, and the unit was exactly as pictured. We loved the spacious two-bedroom layout, and the balcony view of the pool and lake was a nice bonus. While the unit is a bit dated, it’s well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Another great stay at this resort and we are lucky to have found Nathan's unit, I anticipate this won't be our last stay!

The place I originally booked had some issues and host accommodated and upgraded me to a bigger nicer place for the inconvenience . So nice. Amazing stay !!

what a great place to spend a 6 day vacation. The place was super clean, modern renovation, peaceful. and had everything you needed. So much to do there at resort and close to everything. Will 100% return there again.

Our stay with Roy and Darko was absolutely great. The house was very clean, they were very responsive and had a complementary small breakfast that was unexpected, but a very nice detail. Would definitely stay with them again if back to Orlando.

Jay and Chris are wonderful people, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assure you are taken care of from even before you arrive. We immediately felt at ease, and hit a new level of relaxation in our trip when we arrived to stay with them. Their home is both comfortable and artistic, a welcome break from bland hotels. Within just a few hours of arriving we were already plotting when our next visit may be. If that isn't enough, there is walkability to local markets, various lakes, and some very good restaurants if youre interested in these sorts of things. Our only regret was we didn't book a longer stay the first time through. We wont make that mistake again.

Our stay with Paulby Lourdes was absolutely wonderful.Dwsdevel when we arrived made us feel at home with their warm hospitality, the house was spotless and cozy. The charming surprise was the delicious breakfast that was offered something we did not expect and make the difference in our experience. We definitely recommend staying with Paul and Lourdes to anyone looking for an exceptional instance, we will definitely see you again. Regards.

Everything was fabulous… the space was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.. the location of the house is in a area thats not to congested and close to many sites given we all know how traffic in Orlando is.. lastly the Hosts we’re amazing! They’re very friendly and down to earth people who makes sure your stay with them is as smooth as possible. I would most definitely stay here again, no question…

Staying with Christi and Tom was a similar feeling to staying over at your favorite aunt and uncles place. Comfy, restful and cozy and entirely perfect. This stay was absolutely wonderful and I am so wowed by the amazing care to detail on top of amazing food. Tom made a stupendously tasty breakfast and the both of them were so accommodating and enjoyable to get to sit down and eat with. Christi and Tom are both intelligent and interesting humans, combined they make everything so genial and so easy, the time flew by after eating. Learning the history behind the house itself and enjoying the breathtaking art inside and out added such an appealing environment for breakfast. The room was perfectly set up and impeccably maintained, there was so much thought and effort put into making it exceptional. It was so so so comfy and yet quite efficient. There is not another place you will find that will give your trip more sunshine and enjoyment. thanks kap&kappy b&b for having us!

Cathy and Meg made me and my friend feel right at home! Cathy is the sweetest and getting to know her and Meg was an absolute joy! I felt so comfortable there because of them! I will forever be thankful I had the opportunity to stay there!

Words cannot describe how great this place was. From the get go the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! They were very thorough with instructions and House Rules. The main thing to me were the shoes. I do not mind taking my shoes off inside as I have other family members with this rule. They provided house shoes for you to wear which was thoughtful. Not only that but the floor was VERY CLEAN! I like to walk with no shoes on and not once did I see or feel my feet were dirty. The fruit basket, cheese and crackers, snacks and gifts were just a plus! I felt right at home and I was happy first day. I enjoyed painting my rock and the beautiful scenery in the front. The fresh jams were wonderful and also Lori brought us fresh coconuts on our 2nd day 🥹! They were already hulled and cleaned! She also gave instructions on how to open them and we also had small talk. It is honestly too much to compliment and not enough space. We will definitely return when we come back to visit.
