Monthly Rentals in Kings Grant

We stayed at Adam’s place to attend the UNCW graduation ceremony. The location was great, the space was perfect, and the house was very comfortable. We will be back!!

We would absolutely stay here again! Home was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Our needs were fully anticipated - everything from coffee filters and coffee to shampoo, conditioner and Q-tips. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Jean was an amazing host and the property was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we could’ve needed and more! On top of that, Jean is such an understanding host and I am glad to have gotten the chance to stay at her beautiful property!

Crestwood Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. It matched the listing perfectly. Wade was a great host, he communicated with us since the initial booking and kept us up to date on anything. The home was very clean and easy to find. It was also very close to Wrightsville beach, which was a big reason we chose this home. It exceeded our expectations. We would most definitely book again if the chance arises.
