We had a great week long vacation! The pool was a hit with the kids, the house was clean and big enough for the two families who vacationed together. Diana was wonderful and responsive. I would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

My family and I stayed here for about five days. I have three young boys and the bunk bedroom was absolutely great. We took full advantage of the outdoor pool and golf cart. Jessica was quick to answer any questions we had. Will be recommending to others!

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

Beautiful studio air bnb! Had everything we needed and was a good location for Mayfaire Town Center shopping/restaurant area. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. It was nice to have a refrigerator and full kitchen! We will definitely be staying here again!

Lindsay's home had the 3 C's, cozy, comfortable and clean. Had all the extras you would need for a long term stay, and one thing that I've never been able to do at other Air BnB's was to be able to park in the garage. Lindsay was responsive and instructions for check in/check out were very clear. Definitely would stay again next time we are in Wilmington.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

Had a great month long stay. House had plenty of room and fenced in backyard was great. Very close to downtown and the beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house with a great fenced yard. Fence looks brand new. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and enclosed back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive and friendly owners. A very peaceful neighborhood. The fire pit is very nice and would be perfect for fall weather. Convenient location.

loved the house and attention to detail. it was very clean and we couldn't tell that people had checked out the morning we checked in. Dena was very responsive, check in & out were super easy, and the neighborhood was very cute - we even saw some chickens on our walk! would definitely stay here again, although I would bring my own high chair and pack & play. bug spray and a little shade is needed for the backyard

This spot was a huge hit with everyone! My wife especially loved it and hopes to make it her regular getaway. Our neighbors were wonderful and the area was very peaceful. My buddies and I also thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We definitely recommend it to everyone

We were in town for a graduation event and had a fabulous time. My family of five were comfortable in this peaceful location. This listing is close to all the popular locations. The house was clean and ready for us. The hosts were outstanding. Both of them were extremely responsive and very kind. We will look to stay in this location again next year. Perfect house for family vacation. Great middle location between the beach and river walk area. House was just as described and had everything need for a home away from home. Cathy was easy to communicate with and very quick to get back. Certainly will put this on our list for next Wilmington NC vacation.

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

Tiffany was a great host, always responsive and had a beautiful place. We have family down in that area and would love to stay the next time we visit!

Kevin's place was lovely! It was clean, well decorated, and looked just like the pictures. The location was great for everything we wanted to do, and the backyard was perfect for our pup. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is super cute, three nice sized bedrooms & two full bathrooms. The fully fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The space was very clean and very well stocked with everything we could need for the week. The location is right in between the beach & downtown which was great for a larger family vacation, we could go wherever we wanted quickly from the house.

We had a great stay at Blair’s! The house is a hidden gem, decorated so cute and in a great central location. Blair was extremely accommodating and super friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time staying this this beautiful home! The pictures were so so helpful especially when going to the grocery store before check in! The place was neat and has just about everything you need in the kitchen. The game room was the highlight as they have awesome lights, darts and a pool table! Tether ball, Hottub and fire in the backyard in this peaceful neighborhood! Highly recommend:) our hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay.
