Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kings Grant

Dennis was an AMAZING host! The house was perfect. The outdoor shower would be a great convenience for a larger group than we had. The back yard is HUGE and was fun for playing cornhole and yard games. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Wilmington!

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

We loved everything about the home and location. The pool table and river brought a lot of laughs and memories made. The hosts were helpful and very responsive. We had an amazing time and thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. A park and lake is walking distance. Just about any store you need is a 5 minute drive away from the home. The beach is only 17 minutes away! (That was the best part) the neighborhood was quiet. A little too quiet! lol the game room was chill and the kids loved it. The host responds so fast like they just sit and wait for your inquiries lol! Overall it’s a dope spot to get for a small crew beach trip. Definitely will book again!!!!!

Alexander's place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were grateful to find a place on short notice around the holidays that was willing to accommodate our dogs. The private yard was perfect for them to run and get some energy out, while the house was comfortable and gave us space to rest. Alexander was very friendly and proactive in his messages about the home and the area. We hope to book again and take advantage of the cozy fire pit set up next time!

This house is a perfect getaway from city life. Close to the beach and close to the sound. Very quiet neighborhood as well. The house has what you need for basics. Really enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a graduation event and had a fabulous time. My family of five were comfortable in this peaceful location. This listing is close to all the popular locations. The house was clean and ready for us. The hosts were outstanding. Both of them were extremely responsive and very kind. We will look to stay in this location again next year. Great stay! Perfect location for our combined business and personal visit. Our furry companion particularly enjoyed her stay - full toy chest, treats at the entry and a good sized yard to roam. Suzy has set up a good alternative ‘family’ spot for those that don’t want the noise and craziness of downtown stays.

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

My daughter and I had a girls weekend. This was our first time at Kure Beach. The place is very nice. The walk to the beach was at most 5 minutes. The outdoor sitting area and fire pit was amazing. The host are very responsive. The internet was out and I messaged them and they responded quickly. It was resolved within 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Harry was responsive and helpful. The place is walkable to downtown. We had a great stay.

This was perfect for our Family of three. We decided to come down early before our family got down and needed a place for 2 adults and one kid. This had everything you could ask for. Nice little apartment tucked away only 3 houses up from the beach! Short walk down the beach to the pier was huge plus as well. Mary was an excellent host, quick to reply and give any assistance if it was needed. We will definitely be looking to Jimmy’s place if and when we need space for just our family again. Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

This place was beautiful and the right size for the 3 of us. We came from a little over 3 hours away and checked in very late. The check in process was extremely easy. We did not need to contact the host for anything because everything was there that we needed.

This was our second visit to Jamey and Jeremy's cabins. Highly recommend. The cabins were constructed with planning all through the unit. From outside to inside. Very private. The best compliment I can give them is their "GOOD PEOPLE" Looking forward to our next visit. PS If your lucky enough they might make you biscuits and gravy.

Vincent and his wife are so sweet and greeted us right when we arrived with a smile and showed us around. The cabin is very quiet and cozy. They also gave us fresh eggs for our dogs which was very kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also LGBTQ+ friendly and they made us feel right at home.

Great place to stay! Great for hanging out with friends and family. Very private. The host are great !! Very friendly. I’d say choose this place if you want to be near everything and also have privacy!!

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean and nice place. We used the Get Away house as well that was available during our stay. It was the perfect set up. And the fenced in back yard was very nice. We will return in the future for a future stay.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

Cute cabin surrounded by a beautiful property. Very peaceful. There is a second cabin on the property next to each other; the only thing I would say is the garage door/window does not provide much privacy. If you have neighbors in the other cabin you can see right in. Maybe a tint the window would be helpful. Otherwise, the cabin is adorable and very clean. There is a cute porch to sit on and a fire pit!

This was our third visit to HH. It's safe to say this is our favorite place to stay in Wilmington. The rental is owner-occupied part of the year, and you can tell that the cottage and the grounds are loved. It's cozy, well-provisioned, and nicely maintained (there are new windows and sliding doors in the back that spiff up the Therapy Room and allow a clearer view of the many herons, cranes, egrets, and song birds we enjoyed). A sweet little house on a lovely spot on a marsh sums it up. The hosts are very responsive, going above and beyond in their always helpful--sometimes funny--communications. We'll be back!
