Monthly Rentals in Kensington

We stayed here for a week and used it as a home location for day trips each day. We easily got to antique stores in New Hampshire and Maine and we were close enough to Boston to get to Mount Auburn and Salem. Everything was just as pictured on the website and our host responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Absolutely enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from our room and enjoy the wonderful bird songs in the morning and the frogs and crickets at night.

Dragonfly was a cozy, peaceful, comfortable place to stay. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Deb was a wonderful host, very proactive in providing information and very responsive. Everything was clearly labeled and anything you could need was provided. And, Deb had amazing scones waiting when I checked in! I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

We loved our stay here! If you’re thinking about it, do it. It is just as pictured (even nicer if possible), it was impeccably clean, there were fresh hydrangeas in vases from her yard, she had freshly ground coffee and 1/2 1/2, the furnishings and decor were lovely (she could be a decorator), it was very private and looks out to a wonderful field. I hope to stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Many mornings having coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean. The kitchen had everything I needed for preparing meals and the memory foam mattress was a welcome respite after a long day at work. Phil was very approachable and quite friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
