The Cozy Cabin was the absolute best stay we've had in this area so far. The Farm was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, well cared for, very spacious and plenty of room for my dog to romp around. The charm of the Cozy Cabin was on another level. Beautiful soft color. An open air feeling and the beds were so comfortable, you melted into them. Everyone said it was the best sleep they had away from home. The Hosts were so friendly and responsive, we absolutely love them and loved our stay. Please look no further when considering a place to stay.

Donald and Barbara have an amazing house! I am into history and the the reason I came here was because of that history. Both Donald and Barbara were very knowledgeable about the house and the history of the house, including the surrounding area. What a beautiful place to stay and soak up the local history, that includes my ancestors. Antietum, Harpers Ferry, and Gettysburg are all within reach from this central location. We had such an awesome visit, and hopefully we can be back sometime soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay here. It is a piece of Heaven tucked away on acres full of trees and nature. James and Alix are fantastic hosts who are available for anything, and they offered recommendations for hiking, restaurants, etc. The studio space was exactly what I needed, had everything available for cooking meals, laundry, a heated bathroom floor, huge shower, and a comfortable bed. I had my morning coffee on the screened-in porch, which has a perfect view of the property. Roo, their sweet pup, was there to greet me every time I left and returned (which was inviting and comforting). I will definitely be back!

Sandringham House was my home away from home when I started a new job in September. I stayed there for a month on weekdays to avoid my long commute. It is a cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped studio apartment, one of many units Derw offers around downtown, with easy access to everything. Brix27 is right across the street and saved me plenty for food after work. I could always park my car right in front of the building, and a no-hassle city parking pass is easy to obtain online at a very reasonable price. The unit faces the back, which helps with the street noise. I have never had any issues with sleeping. The building is secured with a locked front door and a keypad entry. Ben and Drew have been wonderful hosts, responsive within less than 1/2 hour, sometimes within minutes, and always answered my questions. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to visit the area for work or pleasure stay at one of Drew's gems!
