Monthly Rentals in Kailua-Kona

Thank you for an absolutely delightful stay. We really enjoyed exploring the big island. The ABnB was exactly as pictured/described. One of the best equipped kitchen we've encountered on our journeys. Great place to kick back and relax after touring Kona our other areas of the island. Pool complex was outstanding. Loved our stay. Would definitely re-book if we come back to the big island.

Tom was a fantastic host! Super responsive & accommodating. The condo is super clean and updated. Has several ceiling fans as well as A/C. Bed was comfy, linens & towels good quality. Well stocked kitchen. Primo to have beach chairs, snorkeling gear and backpack cooler. Might be nice to have an umbrella . We only had to park outside the gate once after a late return. Bring quarters for laundry. Magic Sands beach is super close but was crowded on Sun and had a rough shore break while we were there. We drove up to more sandy beaches up north…totally loved Kua Bay (more secluded and natural, good for snorkeling and body surfing) and the beach in Waikoloa near Lava Lava Beach Club (close to the Marriott, so a bit more developed and crowded). Drove to the Volcano National Park - totally worth the drive. Be sure to hike down the trail to walk across the lava field…super cool! Highly recommend Island Lava Java, Paradise Bakery, Da Poke Shack, Black Rock Pizza & Don’s tiki bar (sunset)!

This place is such a gem, perfect location, walkable to so many things, beautiful sunsets, and the comfiest bed. Would stay here our next time in Kona!

Caleb was very friendly and always responsive. We needed a location close to the airport as we had an early flight out and Caleb’s place was absolutely perfect for that. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's rest. We really enjoyed our trip to the big island! Mahalo!
