We had a great stay! A few of the "cons" to start: Swimming pool area is under construction I believe it noted until 2026 in case that is important to anyone. The pics make the place a bit "brighter" than indicated in the kitchen and bathroom area. Carpet in bedroom is probably due for an upgrade. The "Pros": Jill is VERY prompt in responding. Nicely decorated and a very nice size for Waikiki. Views: Great windows in Living & Bedroom, Diamond Head appears "touchable", you're able to see the varying blues of the ocean, you're also able to see towards the East where you can catch a glimpse of the sunrises, and these can be enjoyed sitting up in bed or on the great lanai. Bed is comfortable - more on the firm side. Nicely equipped kitchen. Towels are "5 star quality" as are the Shamp., Cond., Soap that come in large pump bottles for convenience. The parking is a MAJOR plus, as is being in Tower 1. Have more good things to say but out of space! Come enjoy it and see for youself1

By far the best Air BnB we've ever stayed in! The condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable, and the view, WOW! The location was perfect. It is an easy walk to the beaches as well as to places to shop. The included parking was a bonus for us since we had a rental car. communication with our host, Ed was great. He responded promptly to any questions we had and offered suggestions on how to get places. If we ever are lucky enough to return to the Waikiki area we would definitely stay here again!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was very clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The decor is so charming, reflecting the beauty of Hawaii in every corner. The location was perfect—just a short walk/drive to the beach, local shops, and some of the restaurants we had the pleasure of trying in Waikiki. We also had the opportunity to go see my family and attend my brother’s graduation. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It was clear they really care about their guests and want to make the experience unforgettable. I can't recommend this place enough. It was the ideal spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy all the beauty Hawaii has to offer. We’ll definitely be back next time!

Perfect location! Just a block away from Waikiki beach and many shops. Mark is super helpful. The room is exactly as same as photos show. The instruction about check in/out and rules is clear. Also, they prepare enough amenities so that you don’t need to bring or buy many stuffs. They also let you use beach chairs and surf boards. If you’d like to enjoy the beach everyday, they will be your best host!

My wife and I stayed with Jared during our first trip with our 6-month old son. Jared made the stay a breeze by being very responsive and communicative both leading up to and during our stay. He made sure there was a crib for us to use and shared very helpful check in and checkout instructions. The place itself is as described in the listing and met all of our needs. It was clean and walking distance to both the beach and food options, which made it perfect for us with our son. Parking was also a highlight. We had to go in and out many times during our stay and the parking process was both very easy and offered a variety of spots to choose from each time we had to park. I would definitely stay with Jared again for our next trip.
