Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

Henrique is an odd host, made us feel at home. The desire to return already reigns around here. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the condominium is super comfortable! We were in 3 adults and 2 children, and the apartment served us perfectly.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

Mr Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a large and cozy place to reunite our family and the lodging delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No caveats!

In my case, more for work than leisure, the accommodations and its location served me perfectly. However, the ergonomics of the furniture and the space of the room left to be desired, half tight the passage at the entrance of the room, between the corner of the bed and the door! The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decoration, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

We spent 11 days there, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, what was missing Cristina promptly attended to, the building is simple but very quiet and you feel at home, the apartment is spacious, just a few points to improve more that we have already passed on to her, and she promptly made herself available to attend. I recommend it for sure, the location is excellent, it is a few meters from the 3 streets park, for those who like to go hiking it is excellent and super quiet.. we love the bankers neighborhood.

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!

Apartment very well located, clean and organized. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. It exceeded our expectations in relation to the kitchen, complete, with all the necessary utensils for a family of 4, all in great condition, in addition to the host having left some basic things for cooking, such as oil, salt, some spices. In the bathrooms, liquid and bar soap, shampoo and conditioner were available. The apartment's decor is very charming, with some retro items. The very attentive and helpful host. The only thing that leaves a little to be desired, but does not diminish the excellent accommodation, is that it is on the sunny side, so it is very hot in the afternoon. Anyway, really just compliments.

The apartment is very nice, exactly as described and with a beautiful view. All things were in order, and clean. Maria always answered me super fast, answering all the questions and giving check-in and checkout instructions that helped a lot. The only thing that I'm not particularly a fan is the need for shorts and energy limits to use in the apartment during the lodging, which does not make you feel so comfortable (for example we do not even use half of the value released, but we were worried about it, which took a bit of comfort from feeling at home), but it was already in the rental description rules and I just accepted it. If it's something that bothers you too, take into consideration. Outside that was all great! I highly recommend it!
