Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Yhis was my 3rd trip to JP, we chose this location b cause of the balcony and it did not disappoint! I spent every hour I had to be working on the balcony, perfect amount of sun, perfect breeze! There is a steakhouse nearly next door, 24 hour pharmacy, padaria, fruit market, and soon to be opened 24 hour grocery store. Always responded to questions and provided plenty of linens for our 2 week stay! Highly recommend!

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

Always quick to respond and meet personal demands. Several amenities in the house that helped create a cozy atmosphere and basic family routines

Clean, impeccable, complete apartment and great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy, market and also a wonderful waterfront for walking and playing sports.

Apartment with an excellent location, comfortable, cozy, fully air-conditioned and with a spectacular view. The beach is excellent and you just have to cross the street to be able to walk and or enjoy the delicious and quiet Bessa beach. Bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are very close. We'll be back, for sure!

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

excellent cost-benefit, the house is airy, the host was kind, polite and very proactive, we had a small problem that was resolved quickly. Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families seeking a more private space. In addition to being close to several beaches, it also has a nearby downtown area with restaurants and a very busy border. The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The rent went to my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely come back.

Great location in Tambaú, well-kept apartment and faithful to the images and description. Comfortable bed, air conditioning working perfectly, very well equipped apartment. We felt at home. Elaine was wonderful, always attentive to messages and very helpful. We'll be back soon! It was amazing.

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.
