I rarely stayed in such a good place. The apartment is super new, well equipped and comfortable – the air conditioning in the living room makes a lot of difference. The location is great, one block from the beach and with several options of bars and restaurants nearby. There are two excellent bakeries at the corner, which helps a lot in everyday life. And best of all: the private jacuzzi, which is simply sensational. I highly recommend it!

Vinícius is a great host, all communication was extremely clear, cohesive and direct. The location is in a very good position for tourism, close to several places that you can access on foot and quickly.

The apartment is exceptional. Very well decorated and furnished. Exactly as she describes it in the ad and as it is in the photos. Easy access, excellent location and a very safe area. I hope to return to João Pessoa and Mercilya's place will be my first choice for accommodation.

The Flat is very cozy, a quiet place, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will come back more often!!!!

I loved the imovel do Diego. Everything clean and organized. Very smelling linens and towels. Kitchen complete.. Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

I loved staying in Gustavo's apartment, I will definitely come back other times. Beautiful building 80 m from the sea. With 2 rooms and I always responded very quickly, I forgot the object there, and at the same time they called me to go get it. I'll definitely go back again

Lovely apartment with fantastic facilities in the building, swimming pool and gym made the AirBnB feel more like a resort. Everything as described. Very secure area and building with beach just seconds away, apartment well maintained and filled with all you need for a great stay. Fatima was very helpful amd responses throughout. Highly recommend and Joao Pessoa in general is a fantastic holiday destination.

The apartment is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. Bed and bath linens are fragrant; kitchen utensils in perfect condition. The tb building is clean and familiar. Excellent Academy and the sunrise view is surreal ❤️

Apartment as described in the listing, very clean with utensils for 4 people, very good internet and Ricardo responded quickly, the only point is that the market, bakery and pharmacy were a little far away, on the other hand there is a Food Truck next to the accommodation. We love the accommodation, very beautiful place, very new and organized flat, very complete kitchen utensils, the same flat of the photos, it also has a hairdryer and iron, all new!! Family trip, me, my daughter and my mother, were very well accommodated in the flat! Beach Haus is very well located, new building, the last pool, it is possible to enter from the front and back of the building, in the back it is in front of the beach, suitable for bathing, with a beautiful sunrise!! And about the host, Eriwertton, always very attentive, and willing to help in everything, even gave us some tips on tours and places to visit!! Finally , we love everything!

We had an excellent experience at Luis' AirBNB! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed.
