We spent wonderful days in João Pessoa and the stay in this cozy apartment contributed a lot to our rest. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with bakery, churrascaria, pizzeria, pharmacy and bars nearby. What thrilled us most was to find out why there were not many seaside kiosks in this region, because it is a permanent preservation area, with several turtle nests😍, and we witnessed the birth of several turtles. Diego was very attentive, helpful in everything we need.

Great location, close to everything, bakery, pharmacy, market. Close to the beach, which is wonderful. The doorman Mr. Nelson was very attentive, and gave us great sightseeing tips. Vivaldo's service was excellent. The complete apt, with everything working perfectly, air in all the bedrooms and even in the living room. Clean bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen with all appliances. The living room is perfect for gathering friends and family. If there were more stars in the reviews, we would. The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So, have a good stay, as I did.

Super pleasant, clean, organized and cozy environment, as well as a beautiful swimming pool. Great location close to everything we needed, we don't even want to get out in the car. Super helpful and receptive host, responded to us quickly. I will return more often for sure.

We spent 11 days there, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, what was missing Cristina promptly attended to, the building is simple but very quiet and you feel at home, the apartment is spacious, just a few points to improve more that we have already passed on to her, and she promptly made herself available to attend. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!

We spent a little over a month in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. We were 5 people and we were very comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, well located, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the rooms. The location is ideal, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. During our stay, whites were changed once a week, we had access to the parking lot without a problem and the front desk staff was always friendly. Check-in and check-out were flexible, which is very much appreciated. Deborah was an excellent host, always attentive and attentive to make sure everything was fine. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has a good structure and the Wi-Fi was stable the whole time. The location is great: close to the beach, shops, restaurants and in a safe and quiet area. Details such as fragrant towels, soaps and welcome treats made all the difference and showed the hostess' care for the guests. It was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. A Hidden Gem Right on the Beach! This place is everything you hope for in a family getaway — and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location: just steps from the beach, with the sound of the waves as your background music all day long. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Three comfortable bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space, and the layout made it perfect for relaxing together while still having some privacy. The pool? Huge, sparkling clean, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. We spent hours lounging, swimming, and just soaking in the peaceful vibe. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — it felt less like renting a property and more like being invited into someone’s beachside paradise. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it showed.
