Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. The location is unbeatable: close to Praia do Amor, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the center of Pipa. Special mention for the host Ulf, he was always very attentive and helpful. Excellent stay!!

The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decoration, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

Massimo was an excellent host, attentive, helpful. The location is close to the main avenue, where you can do everything on foot. The space has everything you need for an excellent stay, a hot shower, strong water, a bed, wonderful air conditioning, everything you need for a stay the apartment has available. Condominium infrastructure, security, leisure area. Pleasant, attentive and helpful doormen. Massimo and Suellen, always polite and willing to make your stay the best experience in Pipa. I loved it and recommend it. I'll be back soon.

We stayed at Djalma’s place and absolutely loved it! Djalma is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Djalma was always available to help with anything we needed and even gave us great tips about the area. It was a truly warm and authentic experience — we’re so grateful and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing! Ideal place for those who seek contact with nature and tranquility without losing the comfort of ta in the center of the city. Behind the bedroom wall has an alley that serves as a passageway for locals, so we heard some noises but nothing that bothered intensely, except for the smell of urine that was very strong on our penultimate day, I believe because it was a period of carnival. We miss a dishcloth in the kitchen, but apart from that all impeccable! I recommend it too much and intend to come back other times.

We had a lovely stay in the rain season with Vanessa. It was very quiet for this town and was a little oasis with a private zoo ;-)

The loft matches the description and is very comfortable. The view is a separate attraction. Fill your eyes. I was in remote work and the Internet was stable and it met my need. The host José Vanderval was very helpful and attentive during my stay. The staff of the building are also very friendly. I recommend lodging.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Spectacular. The beautiful house, the safe condominium, incredible pool and vegetation. The terrace of the house is spacious, well decorated. Everything worked perfect, good kitchen, appliances, dishes, spacious rooms. I would stay to live at Marcel and Handrea's place. Both are always available for inquiries or responds. Thank you very much for this little tropical paradise. We hope to come back some day.

Great local town, served us perfectly, amazing views of the terrace. Quiet Region, with plenty of food options, close to everything, we feel very safe. Host responds quickly, super attentive! I would come back quietly, I highly recommend it.
