Holiday rentals with a patio in João Pessoa

Practically every semester I go to João Pessoa, the point where the property is located is exactly where I like it best, especially for the amenities around. In the second block of the beach, next to bakeries, pharmacies, hortifruti, mercadinho, restaurants and near Avenida Epitácio Pessoa. I do everything walking and leave the car stored in the garage. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in the living room, as João Pessoa is a very muffled city, it is of extreme need. However, it is still rare to find one like this.

Wonderful apartment, I felt at home, close to everything. Attentive receptionist. I arrived at dawn and he was already waiting for me. Matheus was a number 10 host.

The apartment is simply amazing! Excellent location, safe building and every detail thought out with great affection, I felt at home from the first moment. The hostess was super attentive, with flexible check-in and check-out, which made all the difference. Everything was perfect, I only have compliments. Sure, when I get back to João Pessoa, I want to stay here again!

The stay at George's studio exceeded all expectations! Great stay and location, close to 15 min from all the places we went, it seemed like a joke, everything was close. Apartment looked newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms, everything clean and beautiful! The only detail is that there are 3 bathrooms, but in 1 of them there is no shower enclosure or curtain, which generated a "little movement" because no one wanted to dry the bathroom after each bath, but it was only a detail since everything else was impeccable. Thank you very much and congratulations. We would return without doubt!

Communication with the hostess has always been quick and accurate, which gave me security to make the reservation, since the space had no reviews yet. The location is great, easy to find, the environment is private, quiet, wide and pleasant, great for those who have children. The kitchen contained all the necessary utensils, the room with clean linen, TV with Wi-Fi signal, and left us a gallon of mineral water, which we very much appreciate. Although it only has one room, we went in 3 and one more baby, and we were very accommodated. The property's fruit trees are a show apart, which we greatly appreciate. We managed to move around the city without difficulty, and we received many tips from the hostess's mother, who is by the way, is a love of a person. I recommend the place of Bárbara and we will be again soon.

extremely kind family, giant and super cozy house great for family to rest. the beach that is close to great prices and very quiet on the days we have been there. For the hottest tours of João Pessoa the ideal is to be by car, but if you just want quiet there is the place.

Good Estadia!! We only found the house away from things, the nearest beach is 14 minutes walk and the super weird path, I think it's new allotment. But the other things all ok :)

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Viviane, is kind, super worried so that everything had the best way to welcome us. Flat is beautiful!!! We arrived and everything was clean and fragrant. The kitchen is complete, has pots, frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and thermoset for coffee. It has a floor clothes on the balcony, has ironing and ironing board. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

Quiet stay. Very clean and airy environment.

Full attention from the time of booking (days before the trip he had already communicated with me) through the period of the accommodation and after the check out he still checked if we got to our destination well. There are beach chairs and gruarda-sol to take advantage of the beach (beach stalls charge R$40.00 for these resources without concerting in consummation. And it's cultural there for people to take their own parasols to the beach). Very comfortable apartment with a suite and one bedroom, both air-conditioned. An excellent view as it lies in front of the sea. The penthouse space is spectacular with a wonderful pool and tables to accommodate something you want to take. The pool can be used until 10 p.m. as long as there is no noise. The entrance is easy since it is via QRCODE and a magnetic teg left in the apartment. Grateful to Viviane. I will go back.
