Very good stay. Great location

A delightful house,where we gather the family around the table to remember the. pasado. cozy house with private bathrooms, an oratory that does not let us forget to thank for the opportunity to be with those we love. The beach is not very good,but it has a hose bath and a backyard area,for barbecue, sun and good laughs. Very good. Just don't forget to bring a fan. The heat is great. But where is it not hot. ??

I highly recommend it. The location is great, it is a street on the waterfront of João Pessoa. Several restaurants nearby. The studio is well garnished, has cutlery, glasses, stove, refrigerator (which was already stocked with coffee and water, thank you!), sandwich maker, etc. So you can handle it very well there. The service and communication are also wonderful. It is well worth it, 5 stars.

Our host Ana is an extremely helpful, friendly, communicative person and makes us comfortable. Very human and supportive. Always willing to help. We love staying at the house and sure that when we return to João Pessoa, we will have no difficulty knowing where to stay.

We have nothing to complain about! The house really matches the photos, Vitória greeted us politely, the utensils were in good condition, the shower was working, the air conditioning was working (only one room was leaking a little water, but nothing that maintenance can't solve), the internet was working, great location, in short, we had nothing to complain about!

Vanessa was super receptive and flexible regarding the check in. The house corresponds to the photos, the environment was clean and organized. We could have a great weekend with peace of mind. House next to the beach, quiet neighborhood

Great location and wonderful leisure area. The two rooms are comfortable, with bathrooms and air conditioner. At the top of the house are the residents, but we have no contact unless they are entering or leaving the common area (garage). It has many mattresses , and by the pool there is a small room with a treliche, we take out the mattresses and put in the rooms and the living room to be more ventilated, because the room was small and warm. The house has fans, freezers, towels, bedding… It would surely come back more often. The pool is wonderful! We used the barbecue, and anything that was missing, the hosts quickly resolved.

We really loved this place, and extended our stay a couple days just because we felt so comfortable. The beach is super close, and restaurants and other areas are easily accessible by walking or a short Uber ride. The house was perfect for our needs, and could easily accommodate a larger group. The host and manager were also very responsive, friendly and flexible. A perfect experience over all, and a great base to explore João Pessoa, which was wonderful. Thanks so much!

The house is great, even better than the description in the ad, it's huge. Everything was organized. Adriana welcomed us with great cordiality and always gave us tips from suppliers. At check-out, she and her husband helped with the luggage. We will definitely be back.

Good Estadia!! We only found the house away from things, the nearest beach is 14 minutes walk and the super weird path, I think it's new allotment. But the other things all ok :)

Great place, 4 km from Penha beach, and next to other beaches, 6 km from the mangabeira mall, less than 1 km from the convention center. Very cozy place, and very private for your family to enjoy. Super recommend!

House is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, comfortable and super well taken care of! Each environment was designed with great affection and the cleaning was impeccable. Communication with the host was excellent: always very attentive, quickly answered all the questions and guided us perfectly about the house and the region. The location is also great, in a quiet and safe area. No doubt a wonderful stay! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely come back other times.

Considerate and helpful hosts, we feel as a family, we traveled a lot throughout Brazil and this accommodation was the best of all, especially for the hospitality and impeccable hygiene of the property, privacy and safety. The Hosts have shown us several local trades, waterfront and routes, are really differentiated, I recommend and thank this wonderful couple that God bless them today and always, we will come back other times.

From the beginning, the hostess has been very committed to making it worth what was paid by the guests, either for the service provided, or for courtesy and cordiality. Simple space, however, cozy and clean, met with excellence the needs of the group. I recommend it!
