Monthly Rentals in Jamaica Bay

I really enjoyed my time in this spacious unit. In addition to easy access to bus, train, and ferry terminals this location is a block away from Rockaway boardwalk and beach. Whether in an active or leisure mood, this place provides easy access to it all. Yovel was very welcoming, responsive, and in some cases anticipatory to my needs ensuring a pleasant stay. On my return to New York, this is the first place I check for availability.

The place is just amazing! I wanted a special place for my Sabbatical trip and the place was just perfect! Everything extremely clean. Bedroom very comfortable, with soft, new and fresh scented linen. I felt like home! The patio is amazing with birds coming in the morning and late afternoons. Park right in front, beautiful! supermarket within walking distance, very easy access to transportation to the city. kitchen with Everything and Karen also left juice, water, coffee. Adorable in every detail. I had privacy, silence I needed. And Karen is an amazing host and person. Just a blessed place!

George and Michelle were excellent hosts! Very communicative and understanding and the neighbors were super friendly. The area was quiet and the spot felt like home. There are many restaurants in the area as well and the boardwalk is walking distance.

My stay was refreshing and I felt cozy at home. Monika is a great host and was great at effectively communicating with me.
