Holiday rentals with lake access in Iredell County

We had a great stay to celebrate my husband’s first Father’s Day. It was great to have direct access to Lake Norman and we had a great time kayaking and swimming with our 10 month old. Lake Norman State Park was just 15 minutes away and we had a great little hike there.

we loved Rhondas place! so peaceful by the water, plenty of areas to hang out inside and outside for the family and we loved all the small details for that 70s vibe. Also Rhonda was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommend!

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The food recommendations were great (we tried Joey’s and Toucans) and it is a quick easy drive to the restaurants/grocery stores. As someone who loves to travel with my dog any chance I can, it was nice knowing I was bringing my dog to a home that loves dogs too. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Stay here was a felt like home type of place. Every room was clean & Organize. Its a peaceful place for a family to enjoy one another.

The place was beautifully decorated and clean, the location was gorgeous and peaceful. We loved the views! The beds were comfy and it was very clean.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful lakefront home. It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The home is spacious, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. We especially appreciated that all the activities were included. The fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, and games provided plenty of fun for everyone, and it was a relief not having to worry about extra costs or rentals. Each day brought a new adventure on the water, and our evenings were filled with games and peaceful lake views. The house had everything we needed, and the setting couldn’t have been more relaxing. We’re so grateful for the chance to create such great memories here. This is a place we’d happily return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and easy lake retreat.

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

This place is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE!! The pictures do not do this condo justice! The location was incredible and the condo has it all! The place was cozy and decorated extremely well with no details forgotten! The view was amazing from the balcony that not only overlooked the lake, but the pool as well. There is great lake side restaurant that is definitely the locals favorite hot spot to dine and you can just walk over from the condo which is a huge perk! If you are looking for a well updated place to kick back and relax, this is the one for you! Thank you Lisa and Debra for the fantastic accommodations!

Nice apartment with all the amenities you need. Comfortable bed. Beautiful views of the lake and nice balcony. Can walk to Davidson city center from the apartment which takes about 30 minutes. We had a great stay, would recommend.

Lisa and David were exceptional hosts. Lisa communicated with me many months prior to my father’s stay and was exceptionally kind. She went as far as to speak with me on the phone. The home was immaculate and the style was current with clean lines, plush pillows and was extremely inviting. The area in which the home is located is safe, quiet and private. Access to town (as my father cannot drive) was perfect walking distance to coffee shop, diner, restaurants, town green, library and the college campus. Perfect stay. Perfect hosts.

Gorgeous place right on the water. Top floor so no noise in at night. Was a great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving.

Had a wonderful extended stay at this truly awesome lakefront unit. The facility was very clean, well equipped and is located on an outstanding lakefront lot with a beautiful sandy beach. Especially nice was the shallow water access available for our visiting granddaughter. The location faces due west, so the beautiful sunsets can be appreciated from comfortable swings on the covered dock/porch area over the water. Our gracious hosts were always available to answer any questions we had about the unit and/or the area. Would also mention location is very close to the Langtree Center with great dining options available and also outside concerts. Looking forward our next visit.

Had an amazing stay at the cottage. Plenty of outdoor activities to take part in, including easy access to the lake! Earl was a great host. He was friendly and responsive, and proactive in his communication. Would recommend to anybody looking to stay at Lake Norman!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My Mom was shocked to see my family from up North, she cried. Perfect Christmas gift, It was a lot of fun. The place was spacious and very clean. Eric was very responsive and very nice. Thank you for letting us make memories together in your home.

This is hands down, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The amenities were amazing, it was exactly as described, and is a beautiful home. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tiny Homes of LKN. We will absolutely be back to visit. It was very clean, and we had a great time at the pool and kayaking every night. Tip-bring an eye mask as the sun comes beaming into the bedroom in the morning, and maybe ear plugs for the road noise.

Stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very clean and cozy. Outside was private with a privacy fence on one side and shrubs on the other. It was quiet at night and with a gated driveway it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We cooked-out on the grill and were surprised to find the fridge was conveniently already stocked with some basic condiments which made for an easier and less expensive grocery run! Nice kitchen and grill. Plenty of space. Amazing lake with access to kayaks, a paddle board, and lake mat which made for a fun time. Jamie was so sweet and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
