Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Iredell County

It was a nice place. We were not used to having to be extremely quiet but it did help us get rest and relaxation. We had a great weekend.

Great place to stay with a small group or family. Beds were super comfortable, complex was very quiet, apartment is spacious! Communication was great and quick resolve to one minor issue we had with sheets for a roll away bed. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

We felt at home the minute we walked in. It is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The furniture is nice, not left over from a decade ago like some places. The house is super clean, neat and beautifully located. The dock and ramp are very nice. Just one word, the dock is not floating so it is a little awkward to get into the boat for older people. However, they have a really nice ladder with full steps (not ladder rungs, actual steps) to get down to the boat. My mother, who would not be happy if I post her age......was able to safely and slowly get down the ladder and into the boat. Several restaurants and fuel are located a short boat ride away. The dock is in a cove and we had so much fun on the paddle boards and kayaks they provide. I can't recommend this place enough, it is really nice. You won't be disappointed, we weren't and we are pretty picky. Thanks to the host for the cleanliness, the flowers, goodies and for letting us stay in this incredible home.

Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was so clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was so much we can do by the lake, because the owner provided a lot gears to play with the water. You can stay there for a week without being bored. Highly recommended house, and we will probably come back again. Thank you for providing such nice house and everything!

Wonderful lake home, perfect for a family getaway and probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date. The house was exactly as advertised, stunning lake views, extremely well-appointed, spotless, easy check-in/out, and great hosts who were very responsive to all of our questions. My family enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer but loved the outside activities (firepit, kayaks and paddle boards) the best. A fantastic lake home.

Beautiful home that is very well maintained. Lots of activities on the property. Great location. We rented a pontoon and jet skis. It was a very easy process. The lake is gorgeous and peaceful. We had a blast! My only con: we were a party of 11 adults and 1 child. We didn't realize that the expectation was to fit 2 adults per bunk in the bunk bed room. That did not work for our group. One adult had to sleep on the couch.

This house was amazing and we could not have asked for more responsive hosts! The deck was our favorite spot where we spent most of our time but the inside was super homey and comfortable! We will be back!

The experience was absolutely fantastic! There are beautiful lake views and a wonderful fire pit. The electric fireplace in the living room is incredible, and the living space is very spacious. You can fully trust the photos, but the host, Todd, goes above and beyond with thoughtful little touches that exceed expectations. Todd was also very kind and friendly, and his responses were quick! Due to rainy weather, I couldn't go kayaking, but I hope to return for another visit in the future.

Our stay at Chris Lauren's lakehouse was wonderful. A group of us were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and she had a blast! It is a HUGE house and it easily handled our group which varied in number depending on the day/night, but peaked at 11. We spent as much time as we could on the lake - boating, tubing, swimming, fishing and relaxing. We brought our pontoon boat, which fit perfectly into the covered slip. The house itself, besides being huge, was super clean and well stocked! Loaded with "smart house" upgrades and plenty of extras that made our stay extra fun! After a day on the lake the group had a ton of fun playing darts and shuffleboard. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to work with and more than accommodating with some last minute weather interruptions. They really were too kind and we so appreciated their hospitality.
