Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Cathy was responsive. The apartment was classy, clean and neat. It rained while we were there but we still got out to enjoy Davidson and some great restaurants. My husband had to hold several Zoom meetings for work and the WIFI and internet worked great. No problems. Beautiful area and beautiful home and apt. Hope to go again.

Loved this place. Perfect for what we needed. Had everything we needed and close to everything in Davidson.

We were not able to stay on our dates as our daughter woke up extremely sick. I called Randy and he was willing to move the dates for a future date. I really appreciate him working with us and was unfortunate we had to cancel the morning of. We look forward to staying there soon.

Holly’s place is perfect if you want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay by the lake. We would for sure come back :)

This place is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE!! The pictures do not do this condo justice! The location was incredible and the condo has it all! The place was cozy and decorated extremely well with no details forgotten! The view was amazing from the balcony that not only overlooked the lake, but the pool as well. There is great lake side restaurant that is definitely the locals favorite hot spot to dine and you can just walk over from the condo which is a huge perk! If you are looking for a well updated place to kick back and relax, this is the one for you! Thank you Lisa and Debra for the fantastic accommodations!

Everything was 100%, Great place to stay!!!

The apartment was in a beautiful location, extremely clean and very comfortable. There is lots to do in Davidson and surrounding areas. The pool had sun most of the day which was great.

Anna's Loft was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. Its in a very private, quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. The loft itself is very spacious with high ceiling and multiple seating areas and nooks with very comfortable chairs. The king bed was a dream to sleep on, her kitchenette is thoughtful and you have all you need for a short stay. I especially enjoyed Ann'a tasteful decor, including the soft lighting and candles, which compounded by the beautiful tree-filled window created a romantic and cozy setting. Lastly, Anna was quick to respond to our questions even though she was out of the country. Davidson is a really cute college town with lots of things to do as well. Thanks again Anna for a lovely stay.

Gorgeous place right on the water. Top floor so no noise in at night. Was a great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving.

Whether you want to relaxi or fish, this is the perfect place for you. Me, my husband, and our 3 dogs love this place and as always, we will return again

Lisa and David were exceptional hosts. Lisa communicated with me many months prior to my father’s stay and was exceptionally kind. She went as far as to speak with me on the phone. The home was immaculate and the style was current with clean lines, plush pillows and was extremely inviting. The area in which the home is located is safe, quiet and private. Access to town (as my father cannot drive) was perfect walking distance to coffee shop, diner, restaurants, town green, library and the college campus. Perfect stay. Perfect hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely beautiful. We loved waking up with the big windows that look right out on the lake, and the giant hot tub was an awesome perk. Steve was a great host - quick to respond to any questions, and was gracious and accommodating with our late checkout. Will definitely be coming back in the summer months!
