Family-friendly holiday rentals in Iredell County

The house is amazing. Extremely well equipped. Amazing decks, docks etc. Great gas grill. Amazing lower level with bar and game room. All three bathrooms and showers are really nice, including outdoor shower. 😀 All of the wall hangings and niknacs are very nice and make it feel like a real home and not just a rental. I could go on and on but I only have so much space. Thanks for sharing your fabulous home. It made our sons wedding week very special!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s very private and relaxing. Host was responsive. House was truly amazing. Great view!

Overall this was an amazing property to stay at. Shari was able to accommodate us for a last minute check in, I’m talking within hours. She was even able to get us a boat for our stay even with it being Fathers Day weekend. The house was very clean with clear and easy instructions for check in/check out procedures. I would definitely stay again in the future! Our only issue wasn’t about the property or host, rather the next door neighbors. They kept their 2 small dogs outside all day and through the evening. They were barking non stop and it was difficult to fall asleep or enjoy a peaceful time outside. It was noted that quiet time was after 10pm and the dogs were barking well past that. We had to file a noise complaint due to the excessive barking and we honestly felt bad for the dogs seeing that they were caged up outside. We are dog lovers as we have one of our own but the neighbors could have been a little more respectful.

Amazing house, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen and bathroom supplies. Beautiful views from throughout the house. Hot tub was well maintained and perfectly placed to enjoy the view. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amber was very responsive and helpful. This house is idea for families or three couples who want to enjoy each other while having personal privacy. Spacious and comfortable! All amenities are there and working. Highly recommended!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and plenty of space for everyone. So much to do on the property we spent most of our time at there. We would highly recommend this property for anyone with a large group of friends and/or family.

This was a peaceful oasis for our two families and kids. The views from the windows, the wrap around screened in porch and the tranquil backyard were amazing. We barely left all weekend.

It was a nice peaceful stay! I gave the entrance 3 stars because the lock box was kind of touchy to get open! We didn't arrive until late, but the porch light was on for us and a lamp inside, that was so terrific!!!

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

Super clean, cozy, very charming. So many lovely little details and extras that made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Sadly we were only there for one short night, but I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in the area.

Three of us stayed here for a month, while we were in town for work. Mooresville is a great city with a lot to do. The house was large enough for three grown men and just felt like home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

We had the best time! Everything was amazing, we brought our boat the ramp was close by which made it very easy to get to the dock. The home was amazing there was space for everyone, the view is breathtaking! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We were able to swim, kayak and fish right off the dock. The beds were very comfortable, the space was organized and clean, they had everything you need to cook and have a great time. Master bath was so luxurious great way to unwind and relax. We have amazing memories around the fire with enough seating for the whole family. Upper deck was by far my favorite spot enjoyed meals with the family and coffee in the mornings overlooking the lake (breath taking view) I hope to return soon!

Lisa and David were exceptional hosts. Lisa communicated with me many months prior to my father’s stay and was exceptionally kind. She went as far as to speak with me on the phone. The home was immaculate and the style was current with clean lines, plush pillows and was extremely inviting. The area in which the home is located is safe, quiet and private. Access to town (as my father cannot drive) was perfect walking distance to coffee shop, diner, restaurants, town green, library and the college campus. Perfect stay. Perfect hosts.

We loved our stay at the lake! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for our large group to spend a few days here comfortably! The pool and the lake view was a huge bonus. We loved kayaking and paddleboaring as well. Very thankful that an abundance of life jackets in all sizes were available. The house was very clean and the neighbors were nice. What I also found interesting was the full size and unlimited supplies of things like soap, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc no starter kits here! Highly recommend!

While never meeting in person, communication with Nathan was always consistent and clear. He always wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The house itself is fantastic with plenty of space for the whole family (7 adults & 2 kids) which allowed us to be together or to have some quiet time if desired. The property offers endless means of enjoyment whether jumping off the dock for a swim, lounging on the lake in an inner tube, or playing KanJam/cornhole/basketball. There is plenty of outdoor seating on two levels to just sit and enjoy the view with a drink, too. We felt like we were able to “get away” but also had the convenience of stores, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. all within about a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.
