Very convenient location. Huge space for kids to run to get that before bed energy out. Thank you for providing ear plugs. It’s an older building so it was easy to hear the upstairs unit and outside noises. Will be booking here for future visits to the museum and zoo.

I stayed on a non-race weekend; this condo is wonderful and spotless!!! Christina gave excellent check-in directions and I really appreciated there wasn’t a long list to do when checking out!! The reserved parking space is very close to the entrance and elevator, and I felt super safe. The bed and couch are reallllly comfy; having ceiling fans and a keurig made it feel just like home! On Fri night there was some live music playing outside but it ended around 9pm and the rest of the weekend was blessedly quiet. The ease of walking to restaurants was great and I highly recommend Maple, which is in the same bldg, for breakfast. (Be sure to try the gluten free toast if you eat GF!!!) Plenty of white fluffy towels, snacks, and quality TP and paper towel are provided, along with coffee, creamer, sugars, and even ToGo cups to take my coffee with me! This was slightly cheaper than 2 nights at the nearest Hampton Inn and I highly highly highly recommend this condo and Christina!!

Really good place! Booked it for a birthday trip and it really paid off! Only 20 mins away from downtown, totally worth it!!

Donald’s place was a great for our trip to Indianapolis for a wedding. Clear instructions which allowed us to check in easily. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Noise was minimal and all you heard was really noise from the streets of downtown. To be fair the Pacers won their game final ECF to enter the NBA Finals and the city was rowdier than usual, but that is to be expected since the apartment is located in the heart of downtown. It felt quite safe to walk downtown day and night. Plenty of restaurants around. There is also a small conscience store in the mall for any little things you might need. Apartment itself was exactly as described and quite with no noises from neighbors. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to be close tot the circle downtown.

The place was lovely. It was close to work which was really convenient. I was worried that the bed would be too soft, but I ended up sleeping really well! The tub was nice for soaking, and the decor made everything feel really cozy.

The place was great. Quiet and felt homey. Quick walk down Pennsylvania to the Fieldhouse and awesome restaurants. Alaina is very responsive and a great host.

Stayed here with my 3 pups and the place is really nice! Everything was super clean and the space is bigger in person. Alexander was very responsive and even accommodated us with late check-out since we got in pretty late. There’s street parking, which we were worried would be packed but surprisingly didn’t have any issues at all. I wish we had more cooking supplies though. The kitchen was missing a few items, but overall, great stay! Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for my trip to Indianapolis, and Alexandra was a terrific host - so welcoming and helpful. The guesthouse was just as advertised, and more. It was thoughtfully and tastefully appointed with everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. 5+ stars!

Came for a Fever game . Was a quick easy 10 min walk ! Cute place . Bed was very comfortable and the building was very nice and felt very safe which is important when traveling alone with my teenage daughter :) extremely clean and check in was super easy . We can’t wait to come back for another game !!

The neighbors were super friendly and helped us in when the power was out. You need the key fob before you can get in the parking garage. Which is difficult if you’re the only person. The studio apartment was cute and cozy! It is also within a mile of downtown so taking the scooters is super convenient! Would book again if I’m in the area.

This place has it ALL! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The penthouse itself was extremely clean and BEAUTIFUL. There were so many activities/amenities in the penthouse itself that we felt we didn’t need to leave to have a great time! Communication with the host was easy. He was responsive and made sure to check in to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back and I will be sure to recommend this Airbnb to everyone! I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!!!

Comfortable and convenient. This was our 2nd time staying with Brenda. She accomodated our early arrival. Unit had everything we needed. Very clean and neat.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

The big plus of this place besides the hot tub is the fenced in backyard where our puppy felt free & had fun roaming around on his own without being tied to a leash The house was as described & would recommend it
