Great location as well as check in instructions, communication and a really friendly family. The dog doesn't like me but I rarely saw him. The home was clean and there were plenty of supplies for when I made a mess. Overall great experience.

Just Wow!! I needed a place to call home for a few months and I hit the jackpot with Sivan‘s cozy, comfortable and welcoming home! Not only was it beautifully decorated, she had every amenity you could ever imagine. ( even a garlic press and tiny spoons to stir your coffee:) Truly a gem in historic fountain Square! Sivan is beyond amazing and answered any questions efficiently and effectively! I rented a lot of Airbnb’s all over the world, and this one felt the most like a true home!

James was very responsive and was a great host, and when one small issue with the wifi came up, he responded right away and resolved the issue. The location was a great value and all the linens, bathroom, and kitchen were very clean. I appreciated the convenience of both the check-in and check-out instructions.

Great location and space is great. Don't bring too many vehicles because there is only room for 3 (one in the garage).

We stayed for the Big 10 tournament it was the perfect location to downtown Indy. The house was beautiful and cozy. Jeff was very helpful and responsive and made everything easy. We stay at a lot of Aor BnB's and this was hands down one of our best stays. Plus UCLA womens basketball won. I highly recommend.

We loved this condo, roof top was amazing, hot hub was great. beds were super comfy. amazing views from the roof top balcony of downtown. Jeff was amazing to communicate with, the BNB app went down and he helped us navigate entering his house. would absolutely recommend for a close to downtown spot.

This property was just right for the five of us. One bedroom had an attached bathroom and plenty of closet space as well as a quaint deck/patio. The other two bedrooms had a shared bathroom located right next door via the hall. The garage was handy too, to ensure a parking spot was always available and secure. Great spot and only a 10-15 walk to tons of nearby restaurants and businesses.

House was great loved everything about the house would definitely reserve for future dates. Highly recommend.

This place was honestly super nice and I would love to come back and stay here again. I came down for a local race and this place was perfect to stay at. I had no problems and it was super clean. Also the host is super fast at responding which is super nice when I asked questions.

Great location. Close to Bottleworks district and downtown. We stayed for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and had a great time exploring Indy from Mikes house. It was clean and Mike was a great host!

Sam's home was perfect for our stay for our daughter's graduation from Butler. Comfortable home, beautiful neighborhood and close to campus! Walking distance to a few delicious restaurants too!

From the stylish decor to the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience even more special. The location was perfect, and all three bedrooms were peaceful, private, and had blackout drapes for a great night’s sleep. I feel so lucky to have stayed here and genuinely can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly exceptional place to stay!

We celebrated a 50th birthday on Mass Ave. and wanted to stay at a fabulous place for the complete experience, and this place delivered and even exceeded expectations! We loved our time at the house so much we found ourselves chilling out more than going out, seriously!

This is one of the better Airbnb's I have stayed at. Everything was clean, orderly and functional. 5 minute walk to the Speedway and about 15 minute drive to the Raceway. Highly recommend staying here.

John is a very helpful nice man! Some problems arised while on business at our stay and John was super easy to work with and very responsive! He was willing to help in any way and has a very clean, cozy, and peaceful property for you to stay! Friendly for all ages and much to do! Well worth the price, if you are in need of a stay in the Indy Fishers area I highly recommend Johns property!
