The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

The guest house is a converted 100-year-old barn on a historic property in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Sitting on 8-acres of land, you can enjoy the big open space of farm living while still being only a few minute drive to downtown Carmel. Start the day with a cup of coffee while watching deer roam the property. Then take a short ten-minute walk to explore the many shops, bars, and restaurants located nearby. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.
