The pictures are 100% accurate in their representation. Everything was clean and it was easy to get in and out of the building. Definitely recommend staying here. Allie was a great with all her replies when we had questions.

The place was super nice, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also super convenient. Very close to everything. Just a heads-up, the cancellation policy is strict, so be sure to read the details before booking. Other than that, everything was great!

Kimberly was an amazing host! We felt right at home and she was so helpful. The beds were comfy and location was quiet. Would stay again!

I stayed on a non-race weekend; this condo is wonderful and spotless!!! Christina gave excellent check-in directions and I really appreciated there wasn’t a long list to do when checking out!! The reserved parking space is very close to the entrance and elevator, and I felt super safe. The bed and couch are reallllly comfy; having ceiling fans and a keurig made it feel just like home! On Fri night there was some live music playing outside but it ended around 9pm and the rest of the weekend was blessedly quiet. The ease of walking to restaurants was great and I highly recommend Maple, which is in the same bldg, for breakfast. (Be sure to try the gluten free toast if you eat GF!!!) Plenty of white fluffy towels, snacks, and quality TP and paper towel are provided, along with coffee, creamer, sugars, and even ToGo cups to take my coffee with me! This was slightly cheaper than 2 nights at the nearest Hampton Inn and I highly highly highly recommend this condo and Christina!!

Donald's place was advertised. It was incredibly clean and had all the necessities. Donald bent over backwards to make check-in both easy and timely. We always felt safe and secure while there. Best of all the location is perfect for downtown Indianapolis. You are in the heart of everything and within walking distance of everything you would want in Indianapolis. In addition, it is just 15 minutes from the airport which makes everything easy. I would recommend both Donald and this place.

Phillips place is a gem in a popular area with more shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance than you could possibly go to. Even though it was within walking distance to everything it was secluded enough with the trees and being one street away from the activities that it was quiet and peaceful. The balcony is private and perfect for relaxing. The steam shower was a nice bonus and the eclectic decor was great. Phillip was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We loved it so much we've already booked another stay.

I just wrapped up a 3 night stay w/ my 3 boys @ Dani’s place. Dani is a wonderful host. Her responsiveness & flexibility outweigh any minor issues we may have had, like a miscomm regarding early checkin & the place not being clean. I reached out to Dani & 6+ folks were there within 5 mins to tag team the clean up process. The condo is very nice & roomy. I left her some suggestions on items to have for the next guests. This is a new unit, some things just go unnoticed until brought to the host’s attention. Please advise her if you feel like something should be there that isn’t. No two minds think alike so it’s likely just an oversight. Two of the nights we stayed were during home game NBA finals, you can imagine the streets got a little loud @ night, but we never felt unsafe. The co-working space is wonderful. I worked remote while we were there. The gym was great, my teenage son enjoyed that amenity. The pool was closed, so if that’s a deal breaker, check before booking. Overall 👍

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

This is a *killer* loft, with high ceilings, beautiful high end touches and even artwork. The TV and sound system is fantastic, private parking and you can see Gainbridge Fieldhouse outside the window. The host is great, and extremely communicative and responsive. I stay in Indy often, and this was my favorite place to date.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The host was amazing and everything was described in detail! The place was the PERFECT location for all things Indianapolis! Love that parking was included for an extra fee however the easy access in and out of the building was worth it! The place was so spacious for our family of 4 and the building amenities were endless! Thank you again!!!!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Experience paradise—a hidden gem that redefines the art of hospitality and the beautiful and gorgeous view of the downtown!!!!!! I’ve had the pleasure of staying here for three months, and I can honestly say there’s nothing better than their property and hospitality. The location is outstanding, with breathtaking views, a fantastic gym, a beautiful pool, and excellent restaurants—all in a stunning house that deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. I've never enjoyed a stay quite like this! The fact that the pool and gym are open 24 hours is a huge plus, and the security is top-notch, giving me peace of mind. The views are simply marvelous; even photos can’t capture their beauty. I can’t express enough how much I’ve loved my time here. You truly need to experience it for yourself!
