Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hmas Cerberus

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

Had a great stay Mykey’s place with the kids, lots of things for them to discover and felt very homely. The spa in the backyard was an added bonus on a cold rainy morning, all in all a great experience and great value in a nice quiet pocket of Phillip Island.

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer visit. Thank you Libby for sharing this gorgeous place you have created!

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

Wonderful place to stay! Love the peaceful and quiet surroundings! Had lots of space in the house and my kid loved the bunk bed room..there were also plenty of games to keep her occupied. Washing machine and dryer were easy to operate.

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Marc was hands down the best host! Everything was super well communicated from the get-go – from the entrance details to how everything was set up. The place was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the couch and kitchen were perfect, and everything was super easy to access. He even checked in during my stay, which I thought was such a lovely touch. The location is spot on too – close to all the beaches and restaurants, all within a quick 5-minute drive. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy, stress-free stay!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
