Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

Mari place is peaceful and well appointed. Location is great. On checkout day, Mari was accommodating to let us store our luggages until we get back from the cruise tour at 12pm. We have a pleasant stay! Thank you Mari.

We had a great time at Angelo’s place. The table tennis and kids toys helped to keep the kids busy. Beautiful 10 min walk to the beach and 10 mins drive to everything. Quiet and peaceful at night. Thankyou for having us!

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Love the peaceful and quiet surroundings! Had lots of space in the house and my kid loved the bunk bed room..there were also plenty of games to keep her occupied. Washing machine and dryer were easy to operate.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

Tim is an excellent host, and very accommodating. The house is very comfortable and clean, but would be a little cramped for large groups. For the 3 of us, it was perfect. The outdoor area is perfect for dogs, also. Thanks Tim, and we'll be back.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in.
