A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable stay in a pet-friendly home just a short walk from the beach. The place was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for our 4 generation family, especially our toddler granddaughter who loved being so close to the playground. Some of our group enjoyed a round of golf at Cape Schanck while the rest of us walked to the dog friendly beach for a swim then ice-cream at the General Store. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need and the bonus of being able to bring our dog and know she was safe in the back garden. James and Julie responded very quickly to any questions, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to return one day. Thank you

Michelle's place was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The photos don't do the house justice it's more beautiful than the photos depict. We brought along our pet dog and she had a great time exploring the secure yard and sitting by the fire. I would definitely boom the house again if I was staying in or near Somers.

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Ben was an amazing host, really kind, thoughtful and pro active in getting information to us before we even thought of it.

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

An exquisite property set in stunning scenery, immaculately clean, luxuriously furnished, extremely comfortable with thoughtful amenities and a personalized welcome, made this an unforgettable stay!! Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. What a beautiful and peaceful farm house. heaps of room for the kids to run around and play inside and outside of the house. John was great and answered all of our questions and recommended really nice places to visit. Would definitely be coming back to stay at this amazing property in the future.
