We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was perfect! My family had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Plenty to do here. They’ve thought of everything! Accommodated everyone comfortably and catered to everyone’s needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining, outdoor gaming room, swimming pool, bbq area, walking track just out the back, minute’s from the beach and I could go on…. Lol. It has everything you would need for a great time away. Kim and the team were a great help whenever we needed something, they were very responsive. Responded straight away. Definitely would visit here again! ❤️

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Trudi and Ben you have the most stunning little piece of paradise in Rye and we thank you so much for letting us enjoy our stay this past weekend.

House worked well for our family gathering. Location was particularly good and felt like it was central to many places we wanted to visit.

Debbie's house was is wonderfully located for beach access & a peaceful getaway. We were visited by Wallabies & Kookaburra's each day which was so special for our kids to experience. Cowes is a short drive for all amenities. We had a lovely time. Debbie's was responsive & very friendly & helpful host. We will definitely try to return in future.

Comfortable home with all the basics. our toddler enjoyed the cows across the road and playground around the corner. Good for a few days away and could easily accommodate more guests. Thanks Lee.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. The house was absolutely perfect for our 4 generation family, especially our toddler granddaughter who loved being so close to the playground. Some of our group enjoyed a round of golf at Cape Schanck while the rest of us walked to the dog friendly beach for a swim then ice-cream at the General Store. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need and the bonus of being able to bring our dog and know she was safe in the back garden. James and Julie responded very quickly to any questions, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to return one day. Thank you

Nice and cosy little cottage. Love the simple and clean interior and quiet surroundings. Location is super accessible to the penguin parade. Recommend to those who love quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Excellent home suitable for a later groups. New property so it’s very clean and all amenities are new and easy to use. Lots to outdoor space, close proximity to the beach and very quiet.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

We had a great "quiet weekend away". The apartment is unpretentious, charming, clean, well-appointed. Very warm wood heater, comfy bed. Great shower. Had a small fright when something banged on the door at night, turned out to be a friendly elderly French bulldog in a jacket, wanting a pat. Best intruder ever!

Every now and again, you book an Airbnb that makes you realise it is such an amazing platform to explore corners of Australia and meet actual owners of lovely homes - that was this place. Sam and Shane were so welcoming, allowing us to arrive early and leave late which really really helped with our 10 month old bub who has a very specific nap schedule, and make the most of our short weekend away. They even had small gifts for the 3 girls in our entourage and a gift basket of goodies for the adults - we were blown away and so touched. The house is very cute, the beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We didn't end up using the fireplace even though we wanted to and Sam and Shane left us plenty of firewood (reason: tiny kids). The yard was perfect for our dogs - separated into a gated fenced area and a non-fenced area. It would be a beautiful space to hang out in during summer.

What a wonderful host & a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed & more. A home away from home for us. Due to this well maintained home & surrounds we rarely needed Archie's assistance & when we did need a question answered Archie was right there for us. We are definitely going to book this accommodation again & would highly recommend it to others if you are in this area & enjoy the peace & quiet. Hiwever, a jump in the car & there are so many facilities at your finger tips - restaurants, cafes, shopping centres, specialty stores, beaches & the list goes on, if you're looking for something to do. 5+ Stars from us. Gorgeous home! Queit area but still close to all things you want to do in phillip Island. Felt like we were in a little retreat that was so homey. Little farm in the backyard with cows that the dog was in awe of. Felt like you went back in time to a simpler era, in the best kind of way!
