Attention in post-communication! The place was really nice at first – especially the view was amazing. Unfortunately, the stay in retrospect was clouded by unfounded allegations by the host. After our departure, we were assumed to have things we did not do to the best of our knowledge and conscience – such as "taking away" a duvet or the "dirty" leaving the apartment. Despite paid cleaning, additional costs were requested without prior consultation or receipt. Unfortunately, the handling was very unfriendly and not very solution-oriented. Too bad, because that clouds the memory of an otherwise beautiful stay. Those who value good interaction – not only during, but also after the stay – should be aware of this.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming chalet in Maria Alm. The location is absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains — a true Alpine escape. The chalet itself is spread over two floors, very clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying cozy nights in. One thing to keep in mind is that the access road to the chalet is a bit steep, so it’s good to be prepared, especially in winter. However, the stunning scenery and peaceful atmosphere more than make up for it. Overall, this chalet is a great choice for anyone looking to relax in nature while still enjoying modern comforts. Highly recommended!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.
