2 lovely rooms in old town houseSituated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 year old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorsteps, a supermarket and a park are very close. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The separate WC is only to be used by our AirBnb guests. You are welcome to use our large garden.We are also happy to lend you a couple of bicycles or a tandem- the best way to explore Salzburg.

The room has a balcony from where you have a magnificent view of the Alps. Comfortable access to the center is possible by bus in just 17 minutes. 2 good inns are nearby. Ideal for hiking, jogging and cycling. Perfect for relaxing and pleasant stays and ideal to combine culture and nature.

Half a minute from the festival hallIn the immediate vicinity of the festival venues, I offer an old town concert from 22 June to the end of September, which is unparalleled in terms of accessibility of all tourist highlights. Since a mozarteum student is still living in it, I can unfortunately not provide meaningful pictures.
