Cynthia was quick to respond to questions I sent. House was nicely appointed, with a good selection of hot and cold beverage choices and snacks. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the house is roomy enough for four adults to stay comfortably. Proximity to National Park sites was unbeatable.

Location is great! Peaceful residential neighborhood to walk around and see the distant mountains. 15 minutes from any college, attraction or restaurant in the area. 3rd time staying at Eva’s lovely home. She keeps making improvements and upgrades. Recommend staying here!

We were so glad this was available for our visit for our son's CIA graduation. So close to the campus, with lots of convenience around. It is such a cozy place and very comfortable. Patricia is a fantastic host and has done such a great job with furniture choices and other furnishings. The use of space is well done. Just perfect for my wife and me and our young son. Highly recommended!

Very cozy and well stocked house in a great location to travel to different spots in the Hudson Valley. House was very clean and comfortable and Sebastian was super communicative and responsive.
