Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. Mark is an excellent host. The cottage is tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed is super restful. The surroundings has lots of trees, a huge yard and even some chickens for fresh eggs! I enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere which Mark provides in all three of his cottages. Thank you Mark for a wonderful three days.

Had a great stay. Loved the sun porch, the relative privacy, and great location. would 100 percent stay again.

Don's house in Franklin, TN is in a wonderful location - easy to get to downtown Franklin, Brentwood and downtown Nashville. The yard is huge and was a great playground for our dogs. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. As a host, Don was super responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely rent this house from Don again in the future.
