Monthly Rentals in Harlem Meer

Felicia is a great host! My partner and I stayed for 3 months and really enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely cozy place in Harlem with easy access to public transport to anywhere in NYC.

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

I stayed here with my partner for two months and would stay here again. Highlights - Great, quiet location near the subway - Free washer & dryer in the building! And the machines are huge - Amy and Jack were both very responsive Could be improved - A few weeks into our stay, the microwave and toaster oven would overload the surge protector every minute or so, making it hard to reheat food - The kitchen light flickers off if on for too long ^Note that we didn't reach out to Jack and Amy about these issues because it didn't feel worth it. Overall a very nice place, especially for the price.

Staying with Stephanie was fantastic. Great atmosphere in the apartment. Perfect location close to everything NYC has to offer. Clean and spacious room. We will definitely come back!
