Holiday rentals with a patio in Guardamar del Segura

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

I really want to thank the hosts the accommodation I have nothing to say modern beautiful new furniture clean building even remotely it responds very quickly you are not alone there is transportation nearby if you want to walk more commercial the beach and just a 3-minute walk the most swimming pools above the roof frankly I wait but I will come back my mother was very surprised since it was for her this trip and very satisfied and will come back there are several modern accommodations around the beaches of Torrevieja. Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

We spent a very pleasant 14 days in the apartment. Everything was present, still as good as new and very clean. We had mainly chosen it for the roof terrace. Here we were able to chill when we came back from our trips. This is definitely subject to repetition!

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was very clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We found everything we needed – from kitchen essentials for cooking to a hairdryer and even beach chairs and an umbrella. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The beach is within walking distance, as well as shops for groceries. We felt really comfortable and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Nice House with many Stores nearby, but would still recommend to rent a car or your stuck in the little town

Staying at this lovely little house was very nice. The bathroom is brand new with a floor-to-ceiling shower, perfect for the elderly. I felt very comfortable here, the communication was very friendly and easy. Great hosts, I'd love to come back. Thank you

The trip went very well, the accommodation is really good. The private pool is very pleasant and the community pool allows the children to fully enjoy also with the small pool. The house is perfect for a family of 4 or 5, with two bathrooms and 3 wc. Everything comes together for a very pleasant and refreshing stay.

We had a great time at Sany's place. The apartment is lovely, we loved the pool area, it was the children's favourite bit of our break. The beach is 5 minutes walk, there is also a local supermarket a similar length walk away. The garden was also really nice and we all enjoyed it. We wanted somewhere peaceful, with a great pool. This met all our needs. If you wanted to go to different beaches, rather than the closest one, you might want to hire a car.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

We arrived early and got an early check in. The host was always fast to answer. The apartment is beautiful with a super location. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with an even more beautiful view from every room. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, which means there is not much to see/do except the beach and it was never full. However, you can get to the lively city very quickly by bus or train with many possibilities. So in my opinion a very good location if you also want to do something, but do not want to give up relaxation and tranquility at the end of the day.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

Marina was so flexible with check in as we were landing late. The apartment was amazing with everything you needed and in a fab location. Having a ramp and the lift so close to the apartment was perfect for my Dad who has limited mobility. The complex is excellent with a lovely pool bar. The apartment and whole complex was spotless. The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was close to restaurants and shopping. The pictures were accurate. The terrace is very nice. Good that the parking is also available in the garage or on the street. Washing the kitchen dishes (which we already used) could have been more thorough. Communication was lacking,although later Ewa told us she was not in Spain.

We, a family of four, just spent a nice week in Jesus’ and Sonia’s apartment. Especially nice was the perfect roof top terrace with view over the sea. Just a few minutes to beaches and nice walks, plenty of restaurants and supermarket just next to the apartment. Both Jesus and Sonia were very kind and responsive to any questions we had.
