We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Very nice apartment with an even more beautiful view from every room. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, which means there is not much to see/do except the beach and it was never full. However, you can get to the lively city very quickly by bus or train with many possibilities. So in my opinion a very good location if you also want to do something, but do not want to give up relaxation and tranquility at the end of the day.

Marina was so flexible with check in as we were landing late. The apartment was amazing with everything you needed and in a fab location. Having a ramp and the lift so close to the apartment was perfect for my Dad who has limited mobility. The complex is excellent with a lovely pool bar. The apartment and whole complex was spotless. 10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. We love this area. Had a fabulous holiday there with our family. The house was exceptional. Just what we needed for 5 adults. The down stairs room was well equipped with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, tv, air conditioning and spacious place. The main house has a spacious living area with plenty of seating, table and chairs, tv, fan and air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped, microwave, fridge freezer, cups etc... The outside area is a lovely place to sit, there is a cupboard outside with umbrellas, beach chairs etc.... Pool area is clean and safe. 15-20 mins walk to a number of beaches. Will definitely book again.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Lovely property presented in very good condition. Pool needs to be heated (Not hosts fault clearly) and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge as we arrived 23.00 on a Sunday. One design flaw was there is literally only one plug socket in the kitchen which seems bizarre All in all a very nice stay from a very responsive host, thank-you David Nina and Clayton

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and ready when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy—perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s also spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, towels for the beach, sunbeds and sun umbrellas etc). There is a stunning terrace: large, sun-drenched, and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. It was the ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a drink in the evening. The view over the communal pool added to the holiday-like feel of the place. The pool is great, clean and kids enjoyed it fully! The beach is just a 150-meter walk away, it is cleaned daily— perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The host provides a little trolley to carry your stuff. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream... but also usual grocery shops. I would return in a heartbeat—highly recommended!

Perfect for a month of May (few people and excellent climatic conditions (25/28 degrees), car essential for outings and visits. Neighborhood and parking in front of the apartment, secure with spacious pool area and 50 m from the apartment, all comforts with the owner's deckchairs. Very comfy bedding and pillows. Beautiful rooftop. Only one small downside to point out, the bottom of the shower door needs to be redone because it is damaged by corrosion, it is clean but not nice.

Silvia is a wonderful kind helpful host.She met us at the property to show us around.She was very quick to respond during our stay with any questions we had.The property is near the sandy beach with miles of walking and was never busy.The open balcony was spacious and well positioned to catch the sun.Lovely view towards the sea along with the relaxing sounds of the waves rolling in.Well equipped apartment.Very relaxing and homely.The bed was really comfortable. As we didn't have a car,Silvias instructions for the local bus (Subus No 3) for main supermarkets made it easy and having a light weight shopping trolley available in the apartment was a god send.We used the bus to Gran Alicant as within a couple of minutes from each other was Lidl,Mercondona and Consum.Thank you Silvia,we loved our six week stay.

The accommodation was accurately described in what the host was offering. It is close to all amenities, the apartment was as described. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would defiantly be back to our host in the near future. Fully recommend & pleasant with our accommodation.
