Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

We spent a very pleasant 14 days in the apartment. Everything was present, still as good as new and very clean. We had mainly chosen it for the roof terrace. Here we were able to chill when we came back from our trips. This is definitely subject to repetition!

The apartment was very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. The host was very nice.

We had a very pleasant stay in Santa Pola. The accommodation is very well located with magnificent sea views. Close to shops and restaurants. Anayansi and Natalia are great hosts. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place. Marie-Christine, André

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views . The only complaint I have as I didn’t book to stay longer . Waking up to views of the sea is simply heaven . Location is peaceful and close to everything you need. Moises was very helpful with anything I needed. I can’t wait to return :)

We loved this studio ..... fairly much on the beach, fantastic host who accomodated our flight delay & met us to check in a 3.30am. The studio was modern, well equipped, spotlessly clean & we appreciated Ruben leaving us a bottle of water as 3.30am arrival meant there wasn't really anywhere nearby to purchase enroute. The pull down Murphy bed was so comfortable we slept like babies both the nights we were there. The location of this apartment couldn't have been better & great hosting means we will definitely be looking at returning. Thanks Ruben ..... you made our break in Torrevieja a really good one!

Host very helpful. Clear instructions how to get to apartment from the airport and easy check-in. Very central and Old Town, Beach, and Castle all walkable. Teresa responded promptly to queries and even arranged our return taxi to airport after I had difficulty doing so (because I can't speak Spanish). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very pleased with Patricia as the host and the apartments standard and location. Living on 24th floor was amazing and adds as an extra experience.

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

We had a great time at Sany's place. The apartment is lovely, we loved the pool area, it was the children's favourite bit of our break. The beach is 5 minutes walk, there is also a local supermarket a similar length walk away. The garden was also really nice and we all enjoyed it. We wanted somewhere peaceful, with a great pool. This met all our needs. If you wanted to go to different beaches, rather than the closest one, you might want to hire a car.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

We spent the days of Easter in Antonio's house and we had a great time, we can't wait to come back. The location is great and the group's room distribution for the 7 was perfect (5 Adults and two Children), even our pet has enjoyed a world on our morning hikes. Antonio has always been attentive, he gave us a lot of flexibility for both CheckIn and CheckOut, as well as many local recommendations.

we have just returned from our last minute booked holiday. for us this was the perfect location we needed at the moment. the house is located in a traffic-free, dead end and very quiet street located by the sea. you buy best water shoes for the rocky coastal strip. if you really want to swim in the sea you walk 10’ along the water to the busier sandy beach with its bars. for the shop we used the car (10’ max). Nice cities within driving distance such as Alicante and definitely Cartagena. the cottage feels fresh and cozy, is very neat and everything is available in the kitchen. Good but some narrow beds but the view of the sunrise completely compensates this. The roof terrace has no view and therefore perfect for sunbathing, chilling, reading... Cristina responds quickly, is very friendly and flexible!! claudia welcomed us kindly. hopefully we will have the opportunity to come back to this special location in the future. TOP😍
