Holiday rentals with a patio in Valencian Community

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

A really convenient location to see the sights, go grocery shopping, eat out. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable for up to 8 people as described. I really appreciated finding some basic supplies already in the house - detergents for the washer and dishwasher, shampoo/body wash etc., oil and vinegar, coffee pods etc. We did not have to run out immediately in order to have breakfast or coffee in the AM.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Excellent stay at Juan and Gionata's! The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, very clean and well-equipped. Everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient to fully enjoy the stay. Juan and Gionata were very responsive, available and attentive from start to finish. Thank you again for your hospitality, I would recommend it without hesitation!

We have been in the house for 4 days, very comfortable, we would definitely repeat. Quiet accommodation with all amenities. If I had to mention a downside, it's that the mattresses on the single beds were very hard, the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work, and despite lowering the window blinds and closing the curtains in the rooms, a lot of light still came in and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't change how good we were, that's why we give 5⭐️.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Amazing location, the roof top space is a real highlight - so perfect for those hot Spanish nights. Wonderfully designed space with everything you could ask for for a short break!

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a friendly restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building ( check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

Very nice and well-decorated apartment. Located in a lively area with bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms overlook an inner courtyard so you can't hear the street noise. The terrace allows you to relax and have aperitifs without any neighbors. Pasqualis is very friendly and very responsive, always ready to help you. Loved our stay!
