Beautiful and lightful apartment only 300m away from the stunning beach of Guardamar. Includes a double bed, 2 single beds, a foldable bed and a sleeping couch. Living room with open kitchen. One bathroom. And a perfect terrace for a nice dinner. Fully equipped apartment. With washing machine. The building has an elevator and access for the disable. Well connected by bus and only 50m away from the supermarket, the park, and shops and bars but at the same time in a very chill and quite area.

Beautiful townhouse with BBQ on the terrace and indoor fireplace. In front of the Pinada de Guardamar del Segura, in urbanización Buenavista. The house is one bedroom, ideal for a couple. The views are at the pinada of Guardamar and crossing the pinada ends on the beach. The access to the beach is made by a nice wooden raised road that crosses the pine forest (800 meters). Very close to the lighthouse of Santa Pola (in car) and the town of Guardamar (3 Km.). Parking at the door.

Ulrica is definitely in the super host league, very attentive and quick to get back to you, very helpful with suggestions and advice, nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is well supplied with comfortable furniture and well equipped. The location is a stones throw from the beautiful beach and near many bars and restaurants. It’s peaceful at night time, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again.

It was a wonderful stay, the views were incredible. The beautiful and quiet area that I was looking for. You could fish, the beach wasn't far away and it was beautiful. With a supermarket next door and a restaurant that serves you great. The apartment is very nice with everything we needed, the amazing terrace with barbecue. On the balcony we had breakfast and watched the sunsets. We'll be back when we can.
