Delighted with the hospitality of the stay, super comfortable and excellent host service!! 10 of 10. We were really looking forward to coming back... the morning cafesito we were offered was great, thank you for the attention !!

I cannot express how amazing the team is! Not only did the space have everything we needed to fit 28 people with extra space, they helped plan our entire itinerary. We got to see all the major landmarks, get pickup and drop off at airport and have reservations at amazing restaurants. I could not ask for a better stay and better service! We will be returning! Thank you for making our family reunion soooo special and smooth!

Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to go to rest, the place is very nice, the buildings look very well cared for and with a beautiful architecture, you can enjoy feeling very close to nature and in a private place without having to go very far from Guanjuato capital. We really liked the amenities, we enjoyed the steam mainly and the Jacuzzi, the sauna was under repair. In the morning we take a stroll through the "old road" that allows you to stroll through the trees and enjoy the view of the Sierra. We also took advantage of the viewpoint inside the facilities to enjoy the stars before dawn. Prinicipally, the stay becomes very pleasant with the help of Checho and his wife who are the ones who are on the lookout for you during your stay and help you with whatever you need.

We were able to get a great place not too far from the city with multiple beds to accommodate our large group of 8! San Cayetano was safe, clean, and modern with a little touch of the beauty of the city! We would definitely stay here again!

The location, attention and service are quite good, I recommend visiting, respect at all times, and the services they advertised included them without inconvenience. It is located very centrally located, and what is recommended is walking or public transport. you can visit quite a few places very close by.

Excellent service, very comfortable and at a good price.

Since you walk in, it's a very nice and comfortable place. The host is super attentive and kind. It even helped me get quick airport transportation. Don't miss the chance to have breakfast on your terrace. The view is beautiful and the place is very nice arranged and cared for. The food was very rich, at a good price and have several options. Also, it is open to the public, in case you are not staying in there, take advantage for breakfast. I will definitely consider this place in future visits.

Everything is fine , the view is very nice, the only bad thing is the parking lot pay 100 for a pension and a part is very risky in a descent like Barranco , very dangerous that parking area.

Excellent experience. The house exceeded our expectations. Lupita was always attentive and took the initiative. We were able to hold a family reunion and she arranged the furniture especially for us. We definitely recommend it!

Of the best places I have visited, comfortable, clean and definitely every time you enter the room the aroma will be impregnated in all your clothes...

The hotel was beautiful and the view from there was incredible, we couldn't take advantage of the terraces but I would definitely come back to do it. I would have liked more pressure in the water in the shower but we had no problem with the hotel. The staff was attentive and the location allows you to walk downtown (which I recommend). Highly recommended.

The location is very convenient. Walking distance to everywhere.

Very interesting location. The gate is what intimidated me once you get past that it is nice and they are very friendly. The incline and steps can be a little challenging. There is no signage at the gate but they offer ti meet you and guide you there.
