The apartment/condo is in a prime location. It takes about a minute to walk into the heart of the action Guanajuato. Pictures of the place are accurate. Excellent host. My aunt lost her phone and he set up a way for her to come back and get it. A minor inconvenience was the hot water. I followed instructions provided by host and I could not get any. The house sits on a hill. My wife and I enjoyed it cause of the walkability. Someone older might struggle, but the taxis know the location of the house so they’re able to drop you off. The taxi is not expensive. I never paid more than 100 pesos. Otherwise, I’d recommend the house if you’re going to the city.

Very good communication, the place was very spacious and clean, although it is not very close to the center on foot, but they have transportation which is included, it reaches the University of Guanajuato, a very good point to consider, only the hot water did not come out so hot, rather warm and in the end almost cold, but otherwise a very good experience in this accommodation

The place is nice and pleasant, something rustic but if you like the wave like this vintage, this is the perfect place to stay, the host was very attentive and kind, tipazo! and being in a central area so everything is close to go to know, and the plus has a very nice and affectionate dog that makes you company in case you like the dogs. I would definitely stay here UwU again

Kerry & Brian are just the sweetest, friendliest, most helpful hosts you could hope for (along with the 5 dogs Marco, Angel, Corazón, Peace, y Luzito who will literally accompany you everywhere). It felt like staying with family. This space is so beautiful and peaceful and the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. Their eco work is phenomenal and praiseworthy. Im already planning my next visit

We really liked the hotel, the area, the service, the hotel staff very friendly, very simple but useful details in the bathroom in question of security. Very conveniently located.

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

The place is very nice, super clean and has everything to fully relax. The terrace makes you enjoy breakfast in a very special way, the super safe parking and Francisko was pending at all times and gave us good recommendations for places to visit and also to eat. Fully recommended!
