We loved the place and made it easier for our Guanajuato experience to be magical. The place is quite clean, very nice, and with all the amenities posted. We were able to store and secure our vehicle without any problem. The best part was the attention and warmth of Socorro and his family. I definitely recommend it and I would come back.

Although it was a little difficult to find the place, it was totally worth it, it is a very quiet area, a very nice place, good view and close to many places, I loved this apartment and above all the willingness to respond to messages and attend to situations.

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

This new place is so comfortable. The facilities are very nice and clean. The front desk were friendly. We loved the pool, the only thing I didn't like is that they clean it on Monday and I washed it precisely because of the pool on Monday and Tuesday. Luigi was super friendly and communicative. He was very flexible with access or check-in.
