Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Guanajuato

Great location, close to all the popular tourist attractions. We booked last minute, and the place was ready to go. Free parking was a plus because parking structures charge per hour and street parking is a two hour limit. It is noisy, however, that’s because you are in the heart of the city. Parking lot is a 7 minute walk. Recommendation: get a map! Pros: close to everything, nice balcony to see the crowd, hot water. Cons: bathroom can use a touch up, a bit hard to find, basic amenities.

Everything was great. I felt right at home. Something very important was Andrés' attention. Very friendly communication, by welcoming us instead of giving us a long list of what “cannot” be done, he made us feel right at home with the freedom to use everything as we needed it. The house was great, it had a very ad hoc design to what one would look for in Guanajuato, with a modern style and very clean. Anyway, a great experience. I'd definitely stay there if I went back to Guanuato.

It's close to downtown, so it's easy and quick to get there by walking. The place is suitable for lounging and has an excellent view of the hills, but the bathroom is shared. You can also get to the dam by walking from there without any problem. The day I arrived there was a somewhat noisy man, he spoke very loud and had the tv at high volume, although it was temporary because afterwards I did not hear it again. I recommend the place, Dulce and her mom are very friendly.

Everything was excellent... next time I'd like to enjoy the pool... the rest of the amenities exceeded my expectations! Thanks to Ángeles and Cesar!!

We loved staying at the house. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the rooms were very comfortable and very clean, Mr. Eduardo was very attentive and kind as soon as our doubts and questions. We certainly loved it. We would definitely go back.

Excellent place! It has everything you need to lock yourself up with your family and friends. It has a cot, sauna, changing rooms in the garden, and the house with excellent distribution of rooms and bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and entertainment area with chido sound. Muuuuy recommended!

Pictures do not do justice to this gorgeous home that once belonged to the famous tenor, Pedro Vargas. The property is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and offers amazing views of San Miguel de Allende. Brandon was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by helping us arrange a historical tour and coordinating taxi rides for our large group. The breakfast included with the rental was fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this stunning home for anyone looking to experience the charm of San Miguel de Allende!

It is a very beautiful house, much better than what you see in the photos, we felt very Agusto because we were looking for privacy to have a nice family and rest... without a doubt and if the hosts are not inconvenient, we would like to return!!! We had a great time and everything was very nice... even the development people were very friendly, they guided us to get in and out!!! excellent weekend with my mom and my mother sisters!!! Magnificent hidden gem! This property is better than the photos, and allows you to live in a Spanish Colonial townhome/mansion. Truly a gorgeous oasis, and also an art collector's home, filled with beautiful things, and fully stocked for your comfort. The pool and courtyard fountain make you feel like you are in a private resort. The 4th floor roof top covered living/dining/bar/fireplace is perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail or glass of wine with a stunning nighttime view of two church steeples. The property is so lush with potted plants and flowers that a gardener tends to it. I can't say enough good things about this property and excellent location. The best part is Rosalinda the cook, and Leticia the chambermaid. They are the sweetest and kindest souls; true caregivers. You can pick out recipes from the binders/cookbooks in the kitchen, give them money for groceries and they will cook 2 meals a day for you. We felt like royalty! Jod's dining recommendations were 5-Star!

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to spend time with family or friends. There is a pool and palapas area where you can arrange grilled meat, already included in the cost of the cabin! It's just steps away from the pool. I loved the place and the host's service was always clear and timely.

My stay was very pleasant... we felt at home. The cabin is beautiful. The weather was perfect. I would definitely book it again... I highly recommend it... the only thing I didn't know was if the fireplace could be lit... but it was still excellent. Thank you very much!!!!!

The place was very nice, everything was spotless, just like the listing. With the host and the place everything is fine since check-in, it's worth every moment there. I made a double charge with the app. I hope it will be resolved otherwise I think I will not feel like booking with the app again.

The place is amazing, it's very nice, very quiet and a great atmosphere, the host and the people are very, very kind and attentive, the only drawback was the road that due to rains is in poor condition.
