I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

A very nice place with an immemorial location; very close to the best beaches in the area such as Cabuyal, Nacascolo, Virador, etc. Our stay at "Quedare Here" was a 10/10. A very cozy and comfortable place, but what made the experience even more special, was the hospitality of Roberto and Luis. They are excellent hosts, who were always very attentive and very helpful with everything.

This condo is located on the 2nd floor above a garage for a big beach house. The check in is handled by the boutique hotel next door and the place comes with the same privileges as the hotel guests. The best feature is the privacy afforded by the secure access control. There is a large balcony where we spend a lot of time. It is located next to path directly to the ocean. You can walk anywhere you need. It is far enough from the main commercial district that it is very quiet. There are preserved nature areas across the street that have many birds and a troop of howler monkeys. The unit is very roomy and comfortable. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved Tamarindo!

this is a great place to stay with family or a group. The house is quiet, even with guests in the unit above. The caretaker (not Carole) is fantastic, super helpful and friendly, and always responsive.

The views alone are a good enough reason to stay here, but the entire experience staying here was exceptional! We loved the pool, hammocks, views and the doggies who visited us in the morning. This was the perfect place to kickoff a beautiful trip with some friends

Genesis was super communicative and flexible at both check-in and check-out, cute house ideal for pets, private, and full of peace. The location is superb! About 20-25 min from many fantastic beaches, we had a great time! Thank you to Genesis and Joshua for being attentive to serve us.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Ideal for visiting Monteverde on my round trip. By car you can be in the village in a few minutes, where there are nice cafes, a restaurant, a supermarket and much more. A supermarket is also close to the property, which is easily accessible on foot. Everything seems to be there in the accommodation if you want to cook yourself. Everything great!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Dennis place, The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Dennis was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful tips and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.offering an extra night for my late check in was nice. Such a beautiful, amazing home and view. Eva was very nice Ladie who is meticulous about how you take care the house inside and out! There are cameras everywhere outside so it takes a little gettin use to but there just for safety purposes! If you’re staying for long periods, they do ask that you pay for housekeeping every so often, but was very affordable and cheap if you’re OK with people coming into your house while you’re staying there ! We loved that place and the experience, and had a great time !

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was immaculate and we enjoyed the most amazing views (we even saw a howler monkey in the palm tree right beside the balcony)! The pools felt like they were essentially private and it was super quiet in the evenings. The drive up the hill is a bit of an adventure (pretty typical of Costa Rica), but totally worth it for the views! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Our stay at **Carlos' house** was absolutely perfect. He was incredibly **responsive and helpful**, ensuring we had everything we needed. We even received an **extra cleaning after two days** and **free laundry service**, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from the beach. I would **highly recommend** this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

My absolute favorite place to stay in Samara! This place is such a gem! Hats off to the amazing humans who work there, the pristine rooms are so well equipped, the location is perfect, and to the beautiful private pool (love the water feature!) which we floated for hours! What an Oasis! Can’t wait to come back!!
