Her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and memorable. From local recommendations to quick answers for any question we had, she went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the serene views to the little touches that made it special. The place is lovely! The location is fantastic, right on the beach and next door to a restaurant and bar with great food. It's just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, but still close enough to easily walk by way of the beach. For me the location was ideal. The room was comfortable and cute. The host was kind and helpful. She set up a hammock on the beach for me, which made for a warm welcome. I was satisfied and would happily stay here again.

All I can say is wow! Ocho Artisan Bungalows give you an authentic feel for Costa Rica in Tamaraindo mixing both jungle with beach! Mika, Miya and Priscilla were amazing - catering to our every need. Priscilla was so informative and kind setting us up with a Catamaran, waterfall tour, couples massage and ziplining, all of which I highly recommend. The bungalow itself was exactly as pictured- clean and beautiful. Pool was nice and refreshing (shallow) and the beach less than a 2 min walk - through the resturant/bar with the best sunset views. Nightlife was unreal in town (Sara's and Chiquitas have live music often) but you barely have to leave Ocho - in fact we walked the beach to find something as nice and felt great about our choice as no other beach club had couches and the vibes we have at Ocho (DJ s at night were amazing). Highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Tamarimdo - we will be back!

Luis is an excellent host, he is our favorite place to walk . The house is super safe , clean and ideal for children. We had a great time. Luis is amazing 🥳

This is a beautiful house, very confortable with everything you need for a great vacation. Close to several beaches, even a little private one within walking distance. Wide rooms, nice pool. Supportive team VERY responsive helping us with questions and little maintenance needs. I would happy stay here again, just be aware that it needs some maintenance here and there and internet is very slow.

We loved staying at Colleen's villa! The house is spacious, recent, and very well located in a secure private residence a 1 minute walk from the beach. Well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding and bathroom linens. Perfect stay; I would recommend it without hesitation!

Incredible Bungalow on the famous Playa Grande surf break! We loved the privacy of the bungalow with the amenities of Las Tortugas steps away! The house was perfect for our family and we felt so comfortable with our daughter running around the property- she especially loved the monkeys! The home was very clean and offered all of the essentials (cook wear, etc). We will definitely be back!

Doris was great! She welcome us right our arrival, showed us around and guided us to our accomodations. We went with dogs and everything was perfect! 10/10 would return.

The communication with Claudi and Stefan was great, they always responded quickly and helped where they could. The house is about 4 minutes by car from Samara in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet in the sense of people and cars, but in the middle of nature and you are woken up daily by wonderful birdsong (but also howler monkey roar). The house had everything you could need, a nice, clean bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, cozy bed and pretty terrace. Everything super

Los Pargos/Playa Negra is a remote beach, great for walking and beach combing. Sparsely populated, but very friendly surroundings and people. Take water! There is a beach-side restaurant for simple food/refreshment, but mostly it's just surfers, walkers, and folks sitting in the shade of palm trees and cooling off in the waves. There is a small grocery store and several nice places to eat along the road to the beach. A place for serenity and nature lovers, not partiers and night-life seekers. Mathieu replies quite quickly to texts and questions.

Everything was super nice super cozy

Very nice place! The howler monkeys will join you some of the nights so dont be scared and also be prepared with a lot of mosquito repellent! Great location and facilities were great, there is no microwave which could be helpfull for some.

Wonderful stay in jungle! At our arrival Maria, the Co-host, welcomed us warmheartedly and gave us quick tour to our new home for two months. Finca Luna is a spacious place, with plenty of room for our family of four people and we really liked the fact, that we were able to take our cat there also. Not many places offer such a service! Our cat definitely liked this place. Bed- and bathrooms are really nice, even my dad (80 years) old liked the shower for easy access and comfort! Kitchen had everything a kitchen needs, the dining area was comfortable. There is a nice pantry with washer and drier, both worked great. This nice balcony, with a bamboo couch, where you can sit for hours and enjoy nature. We recommend taking cameras to get pictures of monkeys, kolibris, butterflies, lizards and iguanas - really great, i can't point this enough out. Just like the pool area, in the shade of this fantastic Guanacaste tree, a real treat on those hot summer days. Thank you Matthew for having us.
