Monthly Rentals in Greenwich

Patrick was welcoming and so helpful. He and his wife have created an oasis. Out the back door is a patio overlooking a River. They have planted beautiful flowers. I sat and watched a hawk the first AM and a chipmunk the second. The apartment is complete and not lacking anything. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Marie and Willie made our family feel right at home for our Memorial Day Weekend away. Marie went above and beyond as she left recommendations and really put extra touches to make our stay extremely special. I cannot emphasize enough how cozy the place felt. This is a perfect place to stay if you’re exploring Lake George, Saratoga Springs etc… highly recommend!

Jay and Heather were so kind. We booked their space with one event in mind, and had a lot of shifts that we needed to pivot quickly for. Heather and Jay were so accommodating, letting us know when things were flexible, communicating when we needed, and answering any questions we had. The AC was on the fritz when we arrived, but they communicated it immediately, told us the repair schedule, and said to let them know of there were any issues with the temperature and they would figure out a way to remedy it. Not to mention the space was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and a much-needed space to unwind and connect. Beautiful garden as well! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

River is an excellent communicator and a very gracious host. The home is comfortable and very conveniently located right in the heart of Greenwich. The whole family enjoyed our stay. Also, Dennis (who cares for the property) was incredibly kind and helpful. We really felt like family. Thank you very much.
