Matt pays obvious attention to minimalist yet comfortable design & comfort details :)) Rugs, bedding, bath mat & furniture all natural fibers & SO comfy. Really appreciate use of green cleaners & minimal use of plastic…the earth & this earth mama thank you!! Super easy to check in with code & motion sensor light outside.

Elizabeth, the host, went above and beyond to accommodate me at the last minute (same day booking and check-in) and continued to be gracious and flexible during the days that followed. The cottage is lovely - both country and modern. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful with rolling hills and private trails - part manicured, part wild - which is what I love about Germantown. Elizabeth is a font of local information and stories. Plus, she fosters dogs and I was lucky enough to meet one of them. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Chris and Jen’s place was a great place for our family to stay for our son’s graduation from Bard College. It is very close to campus, private and quiet. It was very clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Perfect home for a quick getaway. Great store nearby for gourmet essentials. Near Hudson and Catskills. Hosts took the time to personally meet us and provide a tour. Even took time after the trip to help us retrieve something we left behind. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
