Monthly Rentals in Germantown, Nashville

A great place to stay! Wakabale to downtown activities as well as Germantown. The river views were great with some amazing sunrises. In fact you may want to bring a sleep mask because the sun can get pretty bright in clear days! Would stay here again with no hesitation

A must stay!! Private, luxurious and had everything we needed for a romantic weekend in Nashville. Fantastic food, drink and shopping just steps away. The bedroom was quiet for sleeping and there was plenty of parking in the back of the home. We loved the carved fireplaces and chandeliers--elegant for sure.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two months here and highly recommend it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos with floor to ceiling windows, great view, and plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I each had our own TV. 😁 Location can’t be beat with great restaurants and museum within walking distance. The pool area and rooftop deck are amazing! Covered free parking and Whole Foods attached. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful space!

The place is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous. Tons of natural light. The neighborhood is walkable with a lot of bars and restaurants.
